Our children grew up spending summers here. Nestled in a sweet little neighborhood just one block from a beautiful park and one block to the beach path. A perfect spot to bike, walk, swim & relax.

Responsive owner, well-appointed home in our fav beach spot and super close to the beach. Not a great option for anyone who struggles with stairs. Would appreciate outdoor ground level dining, as the kitchen was pretty hot, with no screens or a/c. Using the master shower was frustrating (outdoor shower seemed fine!) and the big window could use a curtain or blind since everyone walking by looks in. House was comfortably furnished and the decor was relaxing and well done.

Near the beautiful beach!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 child stayed here. We easily walked to the beach each day. We liked the big kitchen to all cook and visit together. It had everything we needed, including aircondioning for the hot afternoons. Sweetly decorated beach house!

Great Location on the Point!

Prime location - near the circle, corner store, and beach. The furniture was nice and comfortable and they had two coffee pots! The decor was perfect for a beach feel. We had three adults that fit well in the home and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchen is a good size with a large dining table for a family dinner. The washer and dryer and upper decks are a plus! I recommend this home for a total Cape May Point experience.

Wonderful Beach House

Charming and well appointed beach house! Very nice decor and water cooler/heater, washer and dryer and coffee maker a very nice plus!! Great for families with teens. The upstairs contains a large bedroom with 5 single beds, a sitting room with tv, an outdoor roof deck (amazing for morning coffees!) and a 1/2 bath that can be their lair and can be closed off by shutting a barn door. Downstairs with lovely sitting room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Only downside there is there is no ac in the kitchen, only a ceiling fan. But, definitely not a deal breaker. All other rooms have window ac units. There was a couple of things with cleanliness when we arrived, but Debi was fabulous and responded immediately to address this. The location is beyond perfect! Steps away from the beach and beautiful sunsets every night! Alexa is there for questions/music (there is a Sonos speaker, as well, but we couldn’t figure out how to connect). The only thing I would add are some knives for cooking. All in all, a fantastic week at the beach with a wonderful and responsible host!! Would 100% recommend!!

Great place for kids

Home with lots of character and fun spaces. The grandchildren loved the upstairs, which induced a lot of imaginative play. Owner communications were prompt and very responsive. Checkin was super easy. Cleaning service was great.

Great place to stay

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach. Pretty nice inside, clean, very comfortable (enough A/C!). It has a nice sitting room downstairs and another upstairs, and access to a nice roof deck where you can eat and watch the sunset (though that means carrying food up a bunch of stairs!). The kitchen has all the things you need (dishwasher! big refrigerator, coffee machine, etc). The yard could be a little bit nicer but that's not very important. It'd be nice if the kitchen / dining room had a little more ventilation.

Lovely property

This is a well-appointed home in a great location. There was enough room for the six of us to stay comfortably and the upper deck provided a great vantage point from which to watch the beautiful sunsets over the cape. You couldn't get any closer to the beach, with multiple access points, and a five minute walk to the state nature preserve as well as a five minute drive to downtown Cape May. Debi was very communicative and was extremely gracious and helpful when we had a family emergency towards the end of our stay.

Our Stay Over Memorial Day Weekend

The location is great. Our family enjoyed amazing sunsets, wildlife, fishing, meteor showers from roof deck and an uncrowded beach. The house feels like an authentic beach house and it accommodated all of our needs. We would rent this house again.
