Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with one pullout sofa, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and one free parking space.
This apartment sleeps up to seven guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-$35) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Dirty and falsely advertised

Had human hairs in the sinks, bed linens. Fridge handle was falling off. Kitchen was stretched in pictures. In reality, zero counter space. Not a functional kitchen. We couldn't cook there at all. They clearly didn't clean this property. Mouse droppings were behind the couch. Pictures advertised a washer/dryer and there was neither one there or offered. There is no WiFi. Was told towels and sheets would be 50.00 by owner. When we requested them, we were charged 80.00. Only upside is that it was in a prime location. Close to boardwalk and beach. Would never stay here again.

Best for a senior week type place

Very bare bones. No Wi-Fi. Great for a home base for a festival or for senior week. Not a great place for a family. We rented it for the Oceans Calling festival and it served well for its purpose.
