L106 is a tropical, second-floor condo with shaded views of two different pools and the poolside bar and grill. This two-bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and furnished with an open living space and sleeping space for 4.

⁣The main entry opens to the bright kitchen with a large breakfast bar that seats 4. There is additional space in the separate dining area with seating for 4. The room flows to the comfortable living area with a couch and a loveseat. Head outside to the large covered terrace, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverages at the large outdoor table.

⁣The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a large shower. The second bedroom is at the front of the unit just off the second full bathroom. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and ample closet space.

Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Relaxing vacation location and stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious 2 bedroom condo. Good supply of spices and kitchen utensils. Grocery stores a short 5 minute walk away. Great pool and everyone was so friendly. Excellent response time from management to book tours and necessary information follow up. Would definitely recommend for a quiet vacation.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Paradisus. The complex is well maintained. The complex is very close to the main core of Coco with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Help with excursions and golf cart rentals were covered as soon as a request was put through to management. Any minor issues we came across with our unit during our 2 week stay were quickly fixed when a request was put through to management. One suggestion I would have is that the outdoor furniture be replaced or some chairs added. With 4 adults sitting on the balcony seating was at a premium.

This unit was decorated and furnished really well . Plenty of cooking items from pots and pans to knives. Would highly recommend this unit. Just be aware the A/C is set on 74. Some nights it got a little warm but other than that no complaints from us. It might help if they had blackout curtains that covered the whole sliding glass door area.

Rich Coast vacations was excellent to deal with. They were very responsive to our questions and even offered an early check in for our very early arrival. I would definitely recommend them as a host. The Pacifico complex itself is beautiful. The pool is one of a kind and this unit specifically is located right in front of the pool. It has an amazing balcony and is very well furnished (both from a decor and supplies perspective). My only complaints would be that the unit itself is in need of several upgrades and repairs, especially when you consider the price per night to stay here. These repairs/replacements include: - the dryer is incredibly noisy and takes a very long time to dry - the garbarator only works if you plug it in from under the sink. You need to run it every now and then or the sink gets very clogged from something as a simple as a cream based soup - our shower head shot right off after I turned on the shower (not a rich coast problem - they were very receptive when I notified them). We thankfully just used the master shower for the trip - the black out curtains in the living room have been mostly ripped off so there is only one panel left. Being able to close them completely during the day would help keep the unit cooler - the room closest to the hall needs blackout curtains as the hall light is on all night until 6 am and light pours through the shutters These simple changes would really make a significant difference in the quality of the unit!

Our stay was amazing! Very clean and we loved all the amenities like the pool, pickle ball courts, shops, etc. We did notice our coffee pot overflowed because the carafe is a different brand than pot and doesn’t properly fit or brew. The blinds in both bedrooms could be darker and more in the main bedroom. The lights and sunlight were a bit distracting. However, those are little things that wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Top of the list were the security and wonderful property manager, Sebastian. We felt extremely safe and loved our surroundings and aesthetically pleasing spaces at both Pacifico and Pacifico Beach Club. Pura Vida!

Beau site, calme, propre. Deux détails agaçants, le beep du système d’alarme pour 48 h et le robinet de cuisine brisé ternissent le séjour parfait. Les gens sont gentils accueillants. Il faudrait obliger les femmes à attacher leurs cheveux dans la piscine.
