Perfect long weekend retreat

Our stay of 4 days was very pleasant. The room and the entire facility was very clean and well maintained. The pool was just the right temperature and the pool area very relaxing. Vernon is a wonderful place to relax with plenty of things to do in the area. - P

Cozy place near the fun

The resort is so great and convenient. Walk right out to the mountain for snowboarding. Plenty of space for my two kids. Large tv for entertainment. Reasonable price. Great parking.

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for one night. I wish we booked for longer. The place is within walking distance from the Mountain Creek Water Park (2 minutes walk), At night my kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs. I sat by the fire pit and enjoyed the night. For breakfast I recommend the Crystal Cafe which is 3-minute drive from the hotel. You can also order if you don't want to drive.

The host cancelled my reservation!! I arrived with my little kids over and surprisingly i’ve realised that It cancelled. I’ve tried to contact the owner- there was no answer. I just got an email back that he’s off for the next few days. No one called me back about the refund yet. I’m so so so disappointed.
