Self-contained with: private entrance, deck, yard, full kitchen, refrigerator, stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, water purification system, walk-in tile shower, heated tile flooring ! Adjustable firmness (each side) queen bed, 50" TV, patio table/chairs, full-BBQ , linens, towels, cookware. Numerous choices for dining, recreation and sightseeing. Maintained in excellent condition.

Off-street parking for one vehicle. Park in the driveway, on the right side. . Enter the private gate on the right side of garage and walk to private yard and patio.

Grover Beach

The hosts, Michael and Angie were awesome! They went the extra mile to stock basic supplies and make sure that we had what we needed. The property is in a great central location for the coast area
