We had 3 families, each with teenagers, all stay here and it was fantastic to have so many beds and separate bedrooms, complete with a hot tub! Host was very communicative - highly recommend.

Very clean property inside! Great number of bedroom and bathrooms for a large group of people . We had 6 adults , 7 children including a toddler and felt we weren’t on top of each other. Plus 2 living spaces and tvs in every room for kids to enjoy! The people before us had left a mess of trash outside , a lot even unbagged and contacted the host and they took care of it .

Our stay was incredible! The house was very accommodating with supplies and loved the extra entertainment options such as a pool table, arcade game, board games, hot tub, and outdoor gas fireplace with seating. Communication was quick and efficient and the house was very nice and spacious! We would definitely stay here again if the chance arises.

A lovely home hidden away in Platte Woods, Missouri! A perfect location for small reunions, get togethers, or bachelorette parties with its key location to nearby food and entertainment along with the space inside the home. We really enjoyed making use of the finished basement space to host scary movie nights and enjoyed being able to set up food and drinks downstairs and not having to travel up and down flights of stairs every time to bring food down. The dart board downstairs is also a lovely addition. The only improvements our group might have personally recommended is resituating the location of the pool table as the floor is a bit uneven in its current location resulting in rolling balls and perhaps a few mattress toppers as the beds on site were a little too firm for many of our people.

The host was very responsive to questions. Was great having multiple bed rooms and bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the basement area with the pool table. You did hear the road noise more on the main floor, but was to be expected. Was close to Zona Rosa with great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location/proximity to Parkville, Zona Rosa, highway, etc. That said, highway noise is significant (pack your earplugs). Property is dated but clean and very spacious for large groups. Slightly fewer bathrooms than ideal, but still lots of beds and space.

This property was a wonderful fit for our large family - 14 of us in total. The kitchen was well stocked which is important to us as we brought our own food and also packed picnics. The amount of bedrooms was great and there was even a futon and a hide-a-bed we used because the grandkids were stoked to have their own rooms and beds. We enjoyed being able to eat outside some, too. Everything about this property and stay was easy and enjoyable.

Great place to stay

We needed to be close to the airport. This was perfect! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Great backyard and plenty of parking.There wasn't a griddle for our breakfast, and it would be helpful to have a mirror in each bedroom.But, other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Family wedding

We stayed for 1 week. The house was perfect. 4 different household it held us all on all 3 levels. The house was well stocked with dishes, pans 2 refrigerators and beautiful back yard.

Great place!

This place was great! We brought 14 students and 4 adults and everyone had a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough hot water for us to shower but we never ran out! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!If we ever stay in Kansas City again this is where we will stay!

Eagle Scout Award Trip to KC

We had seven young adults and four adults. Stay in Casey at this house for a long weekend. The house was plenty big enough for all 11 of us and we had a great time playing in the backyard grilling cooking and hanging out at the house playing pool. We did some really fun activities like K1 speed world of fun and I fly all the kids had a great time and I’m sure they’ll be talking about our trip for years to come!
