This house was the perfect place for our family - our grown kids and their children - to spend time together and get away for the holidays! Everyone had their own space but also had great gathering spaces for meals, games and just chatting. We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

This was a great house with up and downstairs. Five couples stayed here for the NASCAR race and it was perfect. So easy to get to and from the track and lots of room to hang out together when at the house. It was just like the pictures showed, communication was great and fast.

The house was very nice and very comfortable. We had only one issue, but that was caused by the guests before us. Unfortunately, the previous guests excessive use of marajuana kept us from using one room in the house. That is not the hosts fault.

We had 4 couples that went to see the Chiefs play. The house worked out great for everyone. Plenty of parking, bathrooms, and space for gatherings. The 2 kitchens were stocked with plenty of dishes, spices, cookware, and everything needed to make coffee which is rare imo.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our wedding party and had such an excellent experience! There was plenty of room for everyone and the space itself was easily accessible. We had everything we needed and the space was nice and clean when we got there. The check in process was fast and the host was so easy to reach! I had to even reach out after our stay to see if we’d left anything behind, and the host responded quickly and did a thorough check for me! Would definitely stay here again if need be!

Kansas Speedway perfection

I hesitate to leave such an awesome review because we want to stay every time we and other race fans are in the area, but our stay was awesome! The property is spacious, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Communication was great. Check in and check out was super easy! Definitely will stay here again!

Kc speedway house was the perfect get away for our eventful weekend. Myah & brandon were great host to work with and make sure everything was all taken care of. Whenever we are back in Kansas i think we will be trying to stay again.

Super setting for family birthday!

The communication from the hosts was top notch. The cleanliness was more than we have found in more expensive rentals. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The space was a welcome commodity and the beds were quite comfortable. Definitely a home from home.

Great communication

Our week was split between Overland Park and Topeka, so this was a good in-between location for us. Having two kitchens was a big draw. The listing was accurate, and the hosts were fantastic communicators. There was a minor sump pump issue which they addressed very quickly.

It was a good stay! The area of town wasn’t too bad. The cleanliness of the property was good. Plenty of bedrooms with decent amount of space in them. Overall a great stay, the neighbors threw a party on Saturday, but other than that a very quiet neighborhood.

The building was fantastic… very clean. The outdoor porches and entry ways needed some cleaning. It is obviously just after winter so that might have been the issue. Everything else was perfect.

It was clean. The fold out beds upstairs are not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a board. Should make those better. All other beds were great!! A nice place to stay!!

Good place to stay for a team.

We rented the house for a basketball tournament at Home Field. It was about a 15 minute drive to the games. The basement was big enough to sleep 10 players. Good sized yard for team activities. There were pleant of dishes and cooking utensils to make team meals.
