The just-opened UKMC Streetcar extension stop is 5 min away walking East (next to Whole Foods). It will take you for free all the way through the nearby Country Club Plaza shopping and food, WWI Museums, Union Station, Centre City attractions, Power and Light nightlife and entertainment, Tmobile Arena, all the way to River Market.

For some peace and quiet or exercise you can walk 5 mins west through beautiful historic neighborhoods where sits the 75-acre Loose Park with trails and ponds.

Beautiful place, great location, nice comfortable beds, perfectly appointed for having meals and entertaining for a smaller group. Parking is great. Near Loose Park for nice walks and other recreation. Nice Whole Foods nearby and also the Plaza and Brookside for retail shopping. Could not have been better. Owner/manager very helpful as well. I plan on staying again sometime - perhaps a longer visit. Mexican bar/restaurant on the corner is great too - Sea Capitan!

Great place to experience heart of KC!

We had superior communication with the owner and everything was clean and ready for us. The location was excellent for visiting the Plaza and other places in KC. A huge plus was off street parking for our 3 vehicles! We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends who need a great spot for a group to stay!

Plaza trip

We enjoyed this neat older house with its tasteful updates but many original features too. The 5 bedrooms allowed the kids to have their own room. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go too. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to KC.

Overall nice place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs bed was very comfortable. The beds upstairs are all very firm. There is a mirror in each room which we appreciated. A/c worked well and there were multiple fans. There were plenty of Bath towels but some need replaced- looked worn. It’s an Older home and the upstairs floor and stairs are creeky- no sneaking around here.
