Neat, tidy great location. Easy access to many places on foot or by streetcar. Host was easy to reach and responsive happy that we chose to stay there.

The location was ideal for getting around KC and the host was extremely helpful in helping to navigate restaurants, activities, etc. I didn't realize (and I may not have read the description thoroughly) that this place was essentially 2 duplicate apartments with each floor having a living area, patio, dining area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms: 1 with a private bathroom and 2 that had an j&j toilet/sink with a full bathroom in the hall to share. If you are wanting to stay together and still have some privacy, this is ideal. If you are all wanting to hang out together, it felt just a little disconnected. Of course, the downstairs people can come downstairs and vice versa! It was a lovely stay and I would stay again. I loved the decor and having morning coffee on the porch (one is screened in and one has the beautiful glass windows). Very homey and comfortable.

Family Gathering

This is the second time our extended family has stayed at this property for a wedding. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The only downside we noticed was that the floors are very creaky.

Very nice. Mattresses could use replacement, but otherwise comfortable and thought out space.

KC getaway

Location was perfect. Danielle was great. The only drawback was the inflexible check in/check out policy for people flying in and out. The exterior could be spruced up a bit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay . I would recommend this place to others.
