A beautiful, spacious house in an amazing location. The duplex setup, with two apartments in one building, gives large groups room to spread out..
What makes this property unique
This is two nearly identical apartments, one on each floor. Each has three bedrooms.
In total, you'll have:
-6 bedrooms, each with queen bed
-4 full bathrooms
-2 powder rooms
-2 living rooms
-2 dining rooms
-2 sets of laundry machines
-2 glorious sun porches
In addition to the six queen beds, we have two folding mattresses that can be used as floor mattresses. They can also be used as toppers for the sofas, which are designed to "convert" to beds.
We also have a fresh-air picnic area behind the house. It's beside the parking spaces at the back of the property.
We welcome inquiries about insurance stays and corporate housing.
