We are delighted to welcome you to the Gulf of Morbihan Protected Area.
Located at Tour du Parc on the Rhuys Peninsula, the cottage is the ideal starting point for your day trips.
Within a 20-kilometer radius, you can discover some of the must-see sites of southern Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Penvins, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and islands, the Château de Suscino in Sarzeau, Vannes with its port, ramparts, and historic town center, and more.

Charming new house that can accommodate 8 people on enclosed grounds.
It is located 500 meters from the village.
The natural beach of Le Rouvran is 5 minutes away by bike and 15 minutes on foot.
You will find:
* Ground floor
Living room, new fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a large south-facing terrace through a large bay window.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 adjoining bathroom/shower room.
Garage accessible only for use of the washing machine, freezer, and bicycle storage.
* Upstairs:
3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom/bathtub and separate toilet.
Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed
* Exterior
Enclosed garden at the rear with a large terrace with a table for 8 people and deck chairs.
Gas barbecue/plancha grill available.
Parking with space for two vehicles.
Free Wi-Fi available.
Linen (sheets and towels) provided.
Ground floor (except for one room which will be closed in the garage)

The garage is only accessible for use of the washing machine and freezer.
Bicycles can be stored there (use of the owners' bicycles is prohibited and they accept no responsibility).
