Perfectly secluded ground floor, newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Excellent Oro Valley location near all the local services and amenities. Sleeps 4 and includes a dedicated office for that working vacation.

Each bedroom has a TV. Living Room has large comfy couch and 75" TV.

Patio has a BBQ grill and zero gravity chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. You may even see some wildlife go by.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room.

Property includes a year-round heated pool and hot tub, fitness center and a clubhouse. BBQ grills are available to use.

There is free parking onsite and a dedicated, covered parking space for the unit.

Great area that is quiet and near grocery stores, restaurants, Catalina State Park, and shopping. Has wonderful walking and bike paths. Will stay here again.

Great location near shopping and Steam Pump ranch community activities. Jennifer was very responsive to questions and kept us informed of HOA maintenance that might affect us. Nice community and neighbors.

We have been “vrbo’ing for many years both in AZ and FL. This property is the best. Clean, comfortable and quiet we enjoyed our stay. We particularly enjoyed the patio as it was quiet and comfortable. We spent many hours relaxing there watching wildlife.The pool area is exceptional. Amenities in the condo are plentiful. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. We did have a problem with the lock on the door and it was fixed within the hour. Amazing. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay.

We have totally fallen in love with Oro Valley and couldn't ask for better neighbors. We love the community, people, shops, scenery, activities, really everything!! Ever single guest we've had has raved about the condo, community and people.

What makes this property unique

This condo is quiet, secluded and private. Amazing scenery. So close to everything. We furnished it to be our home. Not as a rental. When you arrive you'll feel more like you're home than in a rental. It's clean, smoke free, has everything you need. We are certain you will love this place and will want to come back.
