On the ground floor: living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area, foosball table, laundry room, and bathroom. Upstairs: living room with TV and bookshelf, master suite (walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, sink), a “children’s” bedroom with 4 90x200 beds (including 2 bunk beds), 2 double bedrooms with sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. Bathroom (shower, toilet). Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, unheated swimming pool (depth 1.50 m / dimensions 10x3 metres) open from mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting) and equipped with a safety cover, a deck with lounge chairs, outdoor furniture and a lounge area, a swing, a trampoline, covered parking, and a fully fenced property with river access. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided; heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
