Thank you, Tracey, for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate both your kind words about the home and décor, as well as your detailed comments on areas where we can improve. I'm sorry that some maintenance and housekeeping issues impacted your stay. We take great pride in providing a clean, well-maintained home, and your feedback has been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed promptly. Regarding the lift, I completely understand your disappointment. The lift is designed as a cargo lift and, for safety and liability reasons, is not available for passenger use. During your stay, we reached out to the owners and were able to offer to waive the cargo lift rental fee should you have wanted to use it for moving belongings, but we understand that did not solve your family's accessibility needs. When you notified us of the electrical outlets and appliance concerns, we responded as quickly as possible by helping troubleshoot the outlets and arranging for maintenance to inspect the dryer. We always appreciate guests letting us know about issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We value every guest's experience and are continually making improvements to ensure our home remains a wonderful place for families to enjoy. We truly appreciate the opportunity to host you and wish you and your family all the best.
