Come enjoy our cabin! The open living room boasts a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with soaring ceilings and large windows that overlook the triple decker wraparound porches.

The modern kitchen comes fully "decked out" with stainless steel appliances, all the cookware you could possibly need, a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker for single serve pods as well as a 12 cup carafe. An outdoor gas grill is also available for the grill master in your group.

Dine indoors while taking in the views at the large 8-seater table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Additional seating for 6 is available at the breakfast table and kitchen island. The main-level porch also features a large outdoor dining table for 8 with unique rope swing seating and twinkling string lights that's sure to contribute to your memorable trip.

The main living area features a master bedroom with a King-sized bed and French doors that open out to the main level porch with enchanting views of the lush, wooded double lot. The second master bedroom with a King-sized bed is just off the loft upstairs with French doors that open out to a private porch complete with an inviting outdoor stone fireplace that gives new meaning to the word relaxing.

The terrace level features 2 more bedrooms, one with a King-sized bed and one with a Queen-sized bed, and a shared full bathroom off of the game room.

All the bedrooms are "All Decked Out" with luxury bedding, premium pillows, smart TVs and soft, fluffy towels.

Speaking of "All Decked Out", the basement Game Room is stocked with a pool table, Ms. Pac Man arcade game, and easy access to the lower deck with outdoor seating for lounging and taking in the scenery.

The property is just a short and scenic 12 minute drive inside gate. The Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community nestled on over 9,000 acres in the N Georgia mountains with community amenities including tubing, kayaking, fishing, 3 pools, playground, mini golf, game room & fitness center! The resort has provided us with 2 passes that allow up to 8 guests into the resort amenities for free. An additional card (for 4 people) can be purchased at the POA office for a fee of $59. The office is roughly 15 minutes from the home.

We had the best time staying here for our girls trip! The house was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved spending time on the porches and in the hot tub, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The beds were super comfortable, so everyone slept great after long days of hanging out. The neighborhood is very large, but it was an easy drive to get to this particular house, which made everything simple and convenient. The host was also available and very helpful with any questions we had, which we really appreciated. We’ve already talked about coming back and staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This was a very clean house (cleaner than most VRBOs) with the exception of the dishes - probably more the fault of previous guests than the owners/cleaners. The beds were comfortable. The main issue we had was with the layout and furnishings. It's a huge house with lots of nice decks, but there was not any comfortable furniture on the decks. The swing/table area is super cute AND super uncomfortable. The nicest/most comfortable porch (the one with the fireplace and unfortunately uncomfortable couch) can only be accessed through a bedroom. Similarly, the game room can only be accessed through the downstairs bedroom. If I recall correctly, the hot tub could also only be accessed off of a bedroom. It was just not a layout conducive to enjoying what drew us to the house.

This was a beautiful cabin with all the necessary items to have a great vacation. My family loved the kitchen, so we cooked most of our meals. Great weekend away

Our trip was for a long weekend meeting friends that we only see once a year. We were completely satisfied with our stay and had a wonderful time. The cabin is just as described, everything was clean and well stocked. We travel frequently, and I don’t believe I have ever stayed in a home that was more prepared for their quest arrival. Beautiful cabin inside and out! Plenty of room for our large family! Brad was very responsive to all of my questions. Check in was very easy. Nice to have the resort access cards for our kids to swim anyime. We had everything we needed. Trip finale was an experience with a Mama bear and 3 cubs in the cabin driveqay. Mama bear helped herself to the garbage bin. We watched from insude and on the deck as they playes in the yard and clinbed the tree by the sexk. Our kids will always remember this trip!
