Come relax and enjoy the coastal beauty of Rockport! This 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment is a short walk to downtown Rockport, local beaches, shopping and restaurants. This cozy apartment is comfortably furnished with everything needed to relax or “work from away” all while enjoying time in this beautiful sea-side town. Bright space with queen bed, full kitchen, sunny den, private deck, shared grill, and parking for one car. Traveling with friends? Separate studio apartment located on the first floor (listed as a separate rental). NOTE: CALENDAR DATES ARE FOR THIS ONE BEDROOM UNIT ONLY, PLEASE INQUIRE FROM HOST FOR AVAILABILITY OF SEPARATE STUDIO APARTMENT.

Old Garden Beach, T-Wharf, Bearskin Neck and the Shalin Liu Performance Center are about a half mile away - easily walkable in ten minutes or less. Rockport Golf Club, a nine-hole course open to the public, is also close by.

The Rockport MBTA Commuter Rail station is less than a mile away, with direct service to Boston's North Station and points along the North Shore. There is CATA bus service around Cape Ann: Rockport, Gloucester, Annisquam. Local Taxi service is also available.

Lovely and Comfortable Place to Stay

This beautifully-furnished upstairs apartment is within walking distance of Old Garden Beach and downtown Rockport. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. The light-filled rooms are large with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. There's a private deck that we didn't use because the weather was cool where it would be fun to spend time in the summer. The off-street parking space next to boulders is a bit narrow, but we managed. My husband and I both relaxed the minute we walked into this apartment, and look forward to staying here again.

Relaxing in Rockport

This was a perfect vacation. The apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable and cozy. Communication with Theresa was easy, the listing was accurate and the neighborhood was friendly and inviting. We can’t wait to come back next year!
