We would love to welcome you to our newly furnished one room studio. Compact but everything you need! The sofa bed, is queen sized and converts into a lounge sofa during the day to make the best use of the space (this is your sleeping space). Unit offers a full kitchen for preparing your meals, a full height wardrobe closet for storage, use of shared outdoor grill. A short walk away to enjoy a day at the beach or a stroll downtown for shopping and dinner. Come back to the comfort of your own private space to relax. Traveling with friends? Separate 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor (listed as a separate rental). NOTE: CALENDAR DATES ARE FOR THIS STUDIO UNIT ONLY, PLEASE INQUIRE FROM HOST FOR AVAILABILITY OF SEPARATE 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT.

Quiet location within approx 1/2 mile away from: Old Garden Beach, T-Wharf, Bearskin Neck, restaurants, shopping, galleries and the Shalin Liu Performance Center . Rockport Golf Club, a nine-hole course open to the public, is also close by.

The Rockport MBTA Commuter Rail station is less than a mile away, with direct service to Boston's North Station and points along the North Shore. There is CATA bus service around Cape Ann: Rockport, Gloucester, Annisquam. Local Taxi service is also available.

Beautiful and great for walking everywhere

The setting and the studio were so pretty and quiet and I loved that there was such a variety of areas where I could walk right from the rental. Rockport is a beautiful area.
