Wake up to spectacular sunrises over the lake at Villa Del Sol, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Jupiter Beach retreat just a short walk from the sand. We make beach days easy, providing beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests.
Facing east across one of the community's longest lake views, Villa Del Sol fills with wonderful morning light — the inspiration for its name, meaning “House by the Sun.”
Love tennis or pickleball? We provide complimentary tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls for our guests. The community tennis courts are just moments away, and your pickleball equipment is ready to take wherever you choose to play.
Spend the morning at Jupiter Beach, enjoy a game of tennis, cool off in one of the two heated pools, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy lunch and drinks at the on-site Twisted Tuna restaurant overlooking the pool and community lake.
Then come home, pour a drink and relax on your large private screened balcony overlooking the lake.
There's even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony for easy cooking.
The Space
Villa Del Sol has been fully renovated and professionally designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team, creating a bright, contemporary and comfortable home for your Jupiter vacation.
One of the property's real advantages is its bedroom layout. Villa Del Sol offers two spacious King suites, both with luxurious King-size beds and flat-screen TVs — particularly appealing for two couples travelling together.
The living room features a large, high-quality leather sectional with plenty of comfortable seating, along with a large Smart TV for relaxing evenings at home.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before the beach, a relaxed lunch or dinner at home.
Villa Del Sol is located on the second floor, with elevator access for convenience.

Jupiter Beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind and enjoy one of the best reasons for staying in Jupiter.
Within the community, guests can enjoy two heated swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, community BBQ area and the on-site Twisted Tuna restaurant overlooking the pool and lake.
Villa Del Sol also provides complimentary tennis rackets and balls, plus pickleball paddles and balls, so you don't need to bring your own sporting equipment.
Beyond the community you'll find Jupiter's waterfront restaurants, shopping, parks, golf, fishing, boating and other attractions within easy reach.

Important Information Before Booking
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documentation must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without a valid permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Trucks, RVs, vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals and departures on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.
