This is a beautifully adapted space in a historic home. The parking lot behind the house was larger than expected and very convenient with an assigned space for each unit. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay and not mess with driving and parking. The apartment is clean, light, and airy. If you're a "make coffee in the morning at home before you're fit for the world" person, note that there is a drip coffeemaker in addition to the Keurig. :-) Having 1.5 bathrooms was really nice, and a good shower and comfortable bed topped it all off. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot to stay for a few days in Wilmington. Having designated parking with the ability to walk to many restaurants and businesses was perfect while we could venture out to beaches during the day. The unit had everything we needed! Will definitely book again on our next time in town.

Great location

Only a few blocks from the downtown area and a couple blocks from the River. We loved the condo. It’s warm and cozy. It was perfect for my husband and I.

I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.

Great place to stay in Wilmington!

The owners of this property ensured that we had everything we would need during our stay, with much appreciated additional touches including an umbrella by the door, a bowl full of treats to eat, and coffee/condiments for the Keurig coffee maker. Also, the location is second-to-none! We had short and easy walks to the historic downtown area, the charming neighborhood houses, and the Riverwalk.

Great space in the heart of Downtown Wilmington

Our second time coming here, it’s a great and cozy place with all the amenities. Easy access to the riverwalk, downtown where great restaurants are and all within walking distance. The Condo Rivière also has parking in the back of the home so no need to be looking for a spot. All around great spot to be!

Great spot

Location fantastic, able to walk all downtown. Highly recommend Concorde Espresso Bar 2 blocks away. Bnb was cozy with cute character. It was great to stay in a historic house and get that unique experience. Comfy couch, very clean, had all the amenities we needed, fans were great during the warm weather. Free parking is a treasure!

This apartment was so perfect. We lacked for nothing. It was walking distance to many restaurants but we found ourselves returning to the closest ones bc they were so good. Great trip.

Very cute apartment and the area is wonderful!

This place covers it all. You can easily walk down to the river walk and the restaurant row is very close by. Plus if you have car, they have a spot for you that’s easily accessible. We will stay again when we’re in the area!
