The house is located in a quiet place, in a dead end... at the end of the road. When you are seated on the terrace or in a deckchair, you will enjoy the view of the Massif du Sancy. No vis-à-vis except with the cows and horses. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. Hiking enthusiasts can leave directly from the cottage or go and discover the sumptuous landscapes that Auvergne has to offer. Nearby, in summer you will enjoy swimming at Château de Val or at the Tour d'Auvergne lake. In winter, ski enthusiasts can hurtle down the slopes of Mont Dore or Chastreix Sancy. The gîte on the ground floor: - large living room with wood stove: kitchen, lounge, dining room - laundry room - toilet On the 1st floor: - bedroom 1: 160 bed - bedroom 2: 1 90 bed and 1 140 bed - shower room with toilet - reading corner on the landing Outside: large unfenced garden with sun loungers, covered terrace and plancha. Guests say this cottage is a little piece of paradise.
