This is the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. New air conditioning, fully renovated, new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, decor. Corner end unit for northeast tradewinds that keep the condo cool. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden condo has a partial ocean view across the horizon - more than what you can see in the photos. Vaulted ceilings with no neighbors above. Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen tv in living room and bedrooms, beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, cooler, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball/ shuffle board courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs. Ceiling and floor fans in every room as well.

Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and lush tropical landscape make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore is windy side and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna Plantation. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Kauai !!

This condo is in building 16. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. Entry, bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs - living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs. We have a porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), booster seat and a stair gate. If you book with a travel or management company you do not get to choose the unit. Each condo at this resort is individually owned, so interiors vary greatly. Amazing property that had anything we could possibly need. Easy distance to/from the airport, short stroll to the beach, clean, comfortable, and functional for families. I would happily stay here again, if only to visit Little Fish Coffee across the street every morning for an açaí bowl.

Beautiful condo and beach

The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. Great kitchen and 3 lanai’s with breathtaking views. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool, and shops. There are boogie boards and a beach umbrella, plus beach towels and lounge chairs you can check out.

Great place to stay in Kauai!

Great location with easy access to parking and Poipu athletic club for pickleball with a nice short walk to the beach. Little noisy from the road but the location and access ruled! Comfy beds which are very important for a good rest at night. Loved the cross ventilation the end unit provided. Definitely would stay here again. Kim was a wonderful host with her easy communication.

I'd stay in this condo again in a minute! Very clean, bright, updated, comfortable! Kim is a great manager and communicator - offered lots of suggestions and responded immediately to our questions. So much comfortable space

Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing time. The owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The views and ocean breeze were fantastic! The walk to any of the nearby beaches was pleasant, and you had swimming, snorkeling, or boarding right there. With its location, the traffic noise is very loud, but the walk to shops, restaurants, and pool is easy.

We try to get to KP every year in the summer and we’ve stayed at many different versions of this condo floor plan. This unit is definitely on the nicer side - recently renovated and super clean. We loved the abundance of Air conditioning and especially appreciated the living room setup. Tons of games in every cabinet, fully appointed kitchen, Rokus on every TV in every room, and the best view from any unit in the top row furthest from the water. We love grilling down by the beach and it’s an easy walk down there. Definitely looking forward to returning and renting with Kim Kauai. She’s the best host there and super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our boys to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such an easy and gorgeous place to vacation that we just kept going back!

Why they chose this property

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
