Beautiful apartment in Viareggio, in Versilia. It is on the 1st floor (with elevator) and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can eat outside. Only 1500 mt is the seafront of Viareggio, here you will find equipped beaches for sunbathing and relaxing, pubs for your aperitif, fine restaurants and boutiques and stores for your shopping. During the warm summer months you can also reach the cool pine forest (800 m), ideal for relaxing walks. For cultural variety during your vacation, we recommend a visit to Camaiore (14 km), with its historic center and monuments, among which stands out the elegant Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, dating back to the second half of the 13th century; or Pietrasanta (16 km), famous artists' town, with annual exhibitions of internationally renowned artists. Some distances: Lucca (30 km), which hosts the Europe-wide known event 'Lucca Comics & Games' and the 'Lucca Summer Festival'; Massa (25 km) with the medieval castle of Malaspina and the impressive Piazza Aranci; Pisa (23 km) with Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower. Hervorragend - bellissimo :-)

Super Unterkunft, hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Bäcker ist zu Fuß 2 min. entfernt (ca. 150 m), Supermarkt 8 min. mit dem Auto, Strand und attraktive Promenade ca 10 min. zu Fuß. Kostenlos parken in der Parallelstraße war kein Problem. Der Gastgeber war sehrnett, super freundlich und hilfsbereit, im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub !

Tolle Lage für Wanderungen (Monte Brana z.B. )und Ausflüge Pisa, Lucca, La Specia

Die großzügige Ferienwohnung im Herzen Viareggios ist Top ausgestattet und hat zwei Balkone, einen zur Straße und einen in die Gärten hinter dem Haus. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und die Atmosphäre fühlt sich wie "ich lebe in Italien" an. Der extrem nette Vermieter kann nur Italienisch, aber mit google translate war alles kein Problem.

Großzügige, moderne Wohnung

Ruhige Lage in einer schönen Seitenstraße. Kostenlose Parkplätze im 50m Entfernung. Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge zum Strand und Kurztrips nach Pisa und Lucca.

Excellent séjour!

L'appartement est conforme à la description, moderne, très bonne literie, super propre et dans un quartier au calme, nous avons pu bien nous reposer. Parking à 50 m gratuit. Il est situé à 8 min à pied de la grande promenade où il y a les magasins et les restaurants et aussi les plages privées. La plage publique, plus belle, est un peu plus loin, 25 min à pied, via un sentier ou 5 min en voiture. Merci à Tullio pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.

The apartment was modern and clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return again soon. It was in a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.

L'appartement est très agréable. Il est d'une grande propreté. Il est très bien équipé. Une terrasse permet de prendre ses repas dehors avec une jolie vue sur des jardins. De plus les propriétaires sont charmants.
