We needed a place for 20 people for a reunion of sorts and this place was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room to relax and congregate in. Great location near the Disney area. Owner was very easy to work with and communication with them was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Would stay here again!

We know our guests are on vacation so it is our intent to provide guests with a true, exciting vacation experience. Like all resorts and vacation destinations, parking regulations are established to maintain a clean and organized destination and to avoid chaos that might erupt without the existence of regulations. As long as our guests follow the regulations that are provided prior to check in, parking does not have to be an issue. Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and beach towels, and having two refrigerators and laundry facilities on both levels was a huge plus.We experienced a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, including a cloudy and green pool upon arrival and a couple of smoke detectors needing new batteries, but the property manager, Dario, was responsive and worked to address our concerns.Overall, this was a great home for a large family gathering. We made many wonderful memories here and would definitely consider staying again.

Family vacation

The house was as we had expected. The thing that made it exceptional was the communication and prompt responses from both the owners and the property manager. Dealing with great people makes all the difference for us.

Great House for large families!

Our family of 22 loved the house and had plenty of room. Only issue we had was the rude security guards at the front gate. Other than that the house was clean and had plenty of amenities for everyone!

The house was perfect for our extended family. An en-suite for every couple and extra rooms for the kids. Pool was clean and just the right size for family fun. Craig and his management team are amazingly helpful and quick to respond.

Great stay, beautiful home, very local to the parks. We were in the area for a family reunion and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms suited our needs without feeling like we were over crowded. The game room upstairs was a hit with the young and old, especially the old school arcade games. There were a few small issues over our week long stay that were quickly resolved by the property manager, Dario. The owner, Craig, was great and very responsive to all messages.

Solterra Stay

The hosts were very accommodating as well as the manager, but the carpet needs cleaning, sofa need replacing, and bed pillow cases needs replacing. The one entrance and parking was horrible.

Girls’ Trip

Eight of us stayed at the home. The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate all of us to have our own bedroom and en suite. The pool area was nice with the hot tub. We opted for a heated pool and spa for the weekend and we all enjoyed that. Great communication with the property owner from start to finish. We had a wonderful time!
