With a breathtaking view of the Verdon valley, our house is 300m from the charming village of Quinson and its lake.

The accommodation
The house is detached and is located in a condominium of 24 independent dwellings. It has a large living room and a new fully equipped kitchen, 2 single beds in the master bedroom with balcony, 2 single beds in the second bedroom with garden view and 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) in the children's room. There is also a small mezzanine with a sofa bed.

Travellers' access
The entire accommodation is accessible to travellers, a key box is at the back of the house at the level of the wooden terrace, the code will be communicated as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Other remarks
The 8x15m swimming pool is open from June 09 to September 09 and is accessible to 24 individual condominiums in the subdivision, most of them second homes not all occupied, the pool is very little used and often empty especially at the end of the season, it is very pleasant because at the top of the subdivision with a beautiful view of the valley.
