We had so much fun and already wait to come again! The cabin was clean and the owners checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory upon arrival.
We enjoyed the property from start to finish. Easy to check in. Home was as described and we loved it and had a great time . Highly recommend and will come again .
Everything was just as described. We traveled with 5 kids and it was nice that kids and adults could each have their own space. The upper porch was AMAZING! I spent every morning and evening out there. Everything was clean and well stocked, we actually packed so much unnecessary stuff! Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful cabin, absolutely no issues throughout our 7 night stay. Very well stocked with everything we might need, comfortable beds, fantastic porch, plenty of space, the driveway was easy to get in and out of. Excellent description on the website. We hope to visit again.
We had a great time!! Cabin was beautiful..stocked very well! Hot tub was excellent! We had a 8 people an came down for spring break! We enjoyed our stay definitely 10/10
This cabin was so cozy, provided everything we needed to be comfortable, and the hot tub was so clean and warm. I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and owner!
We had a great stay at this cabin and would book again. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a beautiful secluded setting. The outdoor space and hot tub were a plus and made it easy to relax. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The cabin itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed.Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Tennessee.
We loved our stay! A great setup for families, and a beautiful property. It was nice to be close to Wears Valley, the national park, and Gatlinburg. The peaceful sound of the creek on the property was incredible, and we made great use of the outdoor fireplace and hot tub.The house was clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids to not feel on top of each other. Irene, the host, was great to work with and so attentive to our needs. Highly recommend staying here!!
The cabin was beautiful and very private with the sounds of a small creek it was so relaxing the host was very helpful and always responsive with any questions my grandson loved the arcade games and the whole family loved the porches.
The check in process was a breeze! The property is the perfect location for a secluded stay while being close by to shopping, attractions, etc! Our family had a great time and we’re looking forward to another stay!
Our stay here as a family of 6 with four young boys ages 1-9 was perfect! The house was so clean and was truly set up with everything we needed for our stay while we explored the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect for the “back entrance” to the Smoky Mountains. They had an amazing fully supplied coffee station. The ice maker in the freezer kept up with our family and filling all of our water bottles each day for our hikes in the mountains. The water at the house tasted amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great! The boys loved playing in the creek and we all enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes. We would definitely come back here and stay again! Thank you Irene! You and your team did a great job!
What a beautiful and peaceful property! We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again. The kitchen was stocked more than any other rental I have stayed at. Irene was great and always responded with any questions we had!!!
Irene was a wonderful host. From immediately reaching out via email as soon as we booked and again right before our arrival date. Her email gave us all the information we needed regarding the cabin aswell as a list of attractions and things to do in the area. The cabin was everything we wanted and the pictures do not do it justice. It was fully stocked wtih everything we needed. My family spent 7 nights there and it trully is a secluded outdoor oasis. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend it.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Between the relaxing swings on the porch, the fire pit for roasting hot dogs and smores and the creek to play in, you don’t even really need to leave the cabin. The cabin was really clean and the beds were comfortable. We were also visited by the neighborhood bears. I would definitely recommend this place.
We wanted to stay in a cabin somewhat isolated but still close enough to the cities to explore and this was perfect. We LOVED the creek and the wrap around deck. We even saw a momma black bear with three cubs right at the cabin! We had great communication with the owner and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Mystical Mountain Cabin! We spent lots of time on the porch and loved the other outdoor spaces as well! The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
We stumbled upon this wonderful cabin last minute when our original plan fell through and we could not be more pleased. Everything in the house was well appointed and very clean. The host was very responsive with our questions. We had an amazing week at this beautiful property and will definitely be returning in the future!
Location did not disappoint. The cabin is located off the beaten path with quick and easy access to The Smokies Green Brier entrance. The property is heavily wooded and the creek has a couple of small 2 to 4 ft water falls on the property so you can sit on the porch swing and enjoy the peaceful water sound. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed the theater area with the arcade games and was able to login the TV to our cable provider back home to watch the LSU game. The movie posters were a plus for us, they were all our families favorite movies. We stayed in June and were driving our daughter to the Navel Academy for her plebe summer. It made for a very special send off!
We came for a cabin getaway and this cabin was amazing! I fell in love with a cabin in Tennessee once again. The host Irene was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The cabin was clean and we had no issues out of any of the items on the property. There was plenty to do without leaving the cabin. It was stocked up with anything you would need outside of groceries of course. The kitchens both had everything you need to make a full size meal. The view was great and the sound of the creek was so serene when outdoors. We were able to see bears and grill out. Most of our time was definitely spent outdoors. There were plenty of towels and access to many local places. I was not ready to leave. We would definitely stay here again.
We've stayed in the area many times, but this property was my favorite. The fire pit and creek were just beautiful and fun for the kids. It creates a very relaxing and secluded environment that most rental cabins don't provide. We really enjoyed the porch swings and hanging chairs as well. The cabin was clean and well stocked.
It's a little bit steep towards the end of the drive, but nothing our minivan couldn't handle and much more tame than many of the cabins in the area. We did have a little trouble finding it when we arrived the first night in the dark--the property address takes you to the cabin next door on Google/Apple maps, so pay close attention to the directions sent.
This property was a dream come true with all the amenities, the options on property, and the location. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor eating area on the second level porch suited our family size well. It was a peaceful experience and a very memorable trip for the three generations of our family who were lucky to enjoy this destination and home. The owner of the home was very responsive and helpful to anything we needed along the way as it pertains to our stay. This is a great escape from the normal hustle and bustle in life and you will feel relaxed in the atmosphere this location presents, whether you're in the hot tub, swinging on the swing, visiting the stream just steps away or in awe as you light the outdoor fireplace and enjoy some s'mores in the crackling fire.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The location couldnt have been more perfect for what I was looking for. I loved the creek fliwing through the property. Just the perfect touch for such a beautiful place. Me and the family enjoyed the hot tub while relaxing in the beautiful nature this property provided. The sound of the creek, the sound of the wildlife, and the mountain mists made the hot tub experience even more amazing. I enjoyed having the arcade games as well as all the other games that were provided. The kiddos had a wonderful time and it was great seeing that. I feel like I can speak for the whole family when i say the thing that topped the whole experience for us is the day of our departure I was just about to go outside and start loading up my car when I saw a small to medium size black bear not even 6 feet from my car. I got the whole family up and we stood on the top deck watching this wild bear eat berries from the front yard tree then run around and play before he took off back into the mountain. The whole thing was such a wonderful experience and I would be happy to rent this property again. Thank you so much for the opportunity and the wonderful experience it provided for me and my family.
Beautiful, well appointed home located off Wears Valley Rd. Easy to get to but still gives you that remote, private feel. Roads are one lane in parts but easy to drive (paved). The house had an amazing porch with swings, picnic benches, and rockers which my family and I enjoyed immensely. We didn't really cook but there were plenty of pots and pans. Loved the retro video games. There was plenty of space for us. We would easily stay there again. It was very close to Elvira's cafe which is fantastic. If anyone needs to use the internet to try and work while on vacation, you probably would need to find a local wi-fi hotspot. The internet buffered a lot and the internet seemed a little glitchy which considering where we were, was not altogether unexpected. But if you are just looking for a full on vacation, no work, the house is great. We didn't use the outdoor fireplace as it was rather muggy while we were there but in the fall, we would have used it a lot. It was lovely hearing the water of the creek that runs just below the property. Host, Irene, was very responsive when we had a question. Lots of space at the kitchen tables. Living room furniture was comfortable. Beds are on the firm side for those needing soft beds. A very, woodsy, private and relaxing home that was well decorated. Overall a great place to stay.
