Mandy was a pleasure to deal with as she was both efficient and friendly. The check in process was seamless and we had all the information we needed. The condo is in a fantastic location with the most stunning beach front views. The bed was comfortable for me. Hubby had to use the memory foam mattress in the other room which was no problem. We did notice that the bed head was loose and the rug in the living room needs a clean but otherwise everything was perfect and I can highly recommend. We loved the Destin area especially the pier at Okaloosa Island and 30A. Thanks Mandy

We had an amazing stay! The beach was very enjoyable! The only complaint was all the teenagers that kept hogging the hot tub and were very rude when we tried to use it. The room itself was wonderful. It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the room.

We enjoyed our recent stay here at the beginning of August! Beautiful view and just enough room for our family of 4. I will say the kids bedroom is very small but they loved the bunkbeds. It's also nice they had their own bathroom. The freezer in the condo does not make ice so you do have to buy from the machine downstairs by the pool, FYI. Remembering the wristbands for the pool and beach was kind of annoying but that's out of the host hands and required by the HOA so I get it. It's listed in the description but I don't think I quite understood that unless you want to be several rows back from the beach you have to buy the beach service chairs so be prepared for that extra cost. Condo was clean, host was great. After we left, I realized we forgot something and the host had her cleaning service ship it to me which was amazing. I would book this again.

They made us register on a link where we had to pay for pool wristbands before check in. We were not made aware of this yet we paid and then found a bulletin in the condo with a policy stating wristbands were not required after September 7th, our stay was in October, and they would not refund our money. The condo is in MAJOR need of repair!!! There was black mold on the ceiling in the master bath, the toilet handle was broken and every time we flushed we’d have to fix the water from running. The headboard was broken on the master bed and when we pulled it away from the wall there was laundry from the previous tenants still under the bed. The rugs were dingy and the couch was broken down and dingy. The condo was not cleaned to expectations based on our experience from previous rentals.

I have addressed the cleaning issues with housekeeping. As I told you during your stay, I have not posted a bulletin stating that wristbands are only required through a certain time of year. I have asked housekeeping to look for any such information and to discard it as it is not accurate. Wristbands are required for every guest all year long. This is to ensure the guests using our amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach) are guests of our property.

Great view and clean Condo

This is a great place to stay. The view is great and the condo was very clean. The owner was very good at communicating through the VRBO. The location is right in the heart of Destin. I would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation was perfect. The condo was extremely nice, clean, and the kitchen had everything needed. I was surprised at the amount of towels and washcloths available. And beach towels available. The view was beautiful. The beach was just steps away. We will definitely stay here again.
