Holiday house with sea view and pool, priv. Beach access, modern & completely renovated

The house was renovated in January / February 2017 and equipped with new, high-quality furniture. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a modern open kitchen and connected terrace through which the garden and pool can be reached. The living room also has a niche that can be used as an office workspace, comfortable sofas, an electric fireplace, an electric radiator, a separate utility room with toilet, sink, dryer & washing machine and the stairs that lead into the basement.
The terrace connected to the kitchen has sun awnings, chill out lounge, large dining table for 8 people and an electric Weber grill. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and bathroom ensuite as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. The garden in which 6 sun loungers and the nearby beach can be reached quickly via the hallway.
In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living and dining room (heating and cooling), the tenant has WIFI, satellite TV and a parking space on the property.
Access to the beach is via a private supply route.

Great house, location and vacation!

My family of 8 with 2 children, and 2 grandparents stayed for 2 weeks in the first half of June. The house was very clean and well appointed, Claudia communicated well and responded quickly to any matters communicated. The location was great to wander down to the beach and not worry about loading up the family. The sunsets were awesome and we would definitely love to return.

Tolle Lage mit fantastischem Blick

Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern - 18 + 20) haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht, sogar über vier gemütliche Klappstühle/Liegen, die wir auf dem kurzen Weg zum Strand mitgenommen haben. Der Pool ist ebenfalls wunderbar und die vier Schlafzimmer hätten auch für deutlich mehr als uns vier gereicht. Die Matratzen waren außerdem super komfortabel, so dass wir auch bestens geschlafen haben. Hervorstechendes Merkmal ist natürlich der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer - mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen auf der Terrasse. Wir werden wieder kommen, vielleicht auch mit Freunden.

Merveilleuse maison

Superbe propriété très bien située a pied de la plage. Superbes couchers de soleil. Propriété tres bien équipée pour préparer les repas sur place. Aussi beaucoup de serviettes a notre disposition bain et plage. Laveuse et secheuse sur place un plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour.

Wir waren sehr traurig als unsere Ferien zu Ende waren. Nach einer wunderbaren Woche hier in Casa Juliana wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus ist so bequem und hervorragend ausgestattet - mit einem tollen Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Abends konnte man von der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung und schönen Meerblick. Küche, Betten, Außenanlage können nicht besser sein. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Freunden oder der Familie. Die Privacy ist durch die anliegenden Häuser nicht ganz optimal.

Lage und Zustand des Hauses sehr gut

Unsere Urlaubszeit war der April, in der gesamten Anlage war es sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terasse mit tollen Blick auf das Meer. Ausstattung sehr hochwertig, moderne Küche, moderne Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Badestrand am Haus ist eine kleine Bucht und sehr schön, wer möchte kann nebenan den großen Strand nutzen der Kilometerlang ist. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und jeder war sehr zufrieden.

Einfach Wunderbar

Wenn man von der Straße aus das Haus betritt, ist es so, als wenn man in eine andere Welt eintauchen würde. Der Blick aus Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie oberer Terrasse auf die Bucht ist unfassbar schön. Ab nachmittags glitzert und funkelt das Meer und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Alles scheint neu zu sein. Von den elektrischen Geräten, die alle hochwertig sind, bis zu den tollen Boxspringbetten. WLAN/WIFI funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Klimageräte sind individuell einstellbar. Durch das angenehme Klima direkt am Meer benötigt man die Klimageräte aber kaum. Nachts kühlt es angenehm ab und tagsüber weht meist ein wenig Wind. Das Haus steht in einer Gartenanlage, die einen Zugang zum Meer/Strand durch ein privates Tor mit einem Code hat. Die zum Haus gehörende Rasenfläche ist schön groß, sonnig und teilweise beschattet. Die anderen Buchten in der Umgebung sind fußläufig erkundbar und der lange Sandstrand ist ein Traum. Als wir Urlaub gemacht haben, war noch kein Pool vorhanden. Es soll aber laut Verwalterin noch bis Jahresende ein Pool gebaut werden. Das wäre das "Non plus Ultra". Dann bliebe kein Wunsch mehr offen.
