You do not miss anything here.
The beautiful, large (3.5 x 7 m) pool invites you to swim and play. A large garden with playground is also available for sunbathing or playing. Ideally, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The pavilion and the sun island provide the necessary shade on the adjacent cozy terrace.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer .....
The bathroom has a lighted rain shower for a great refreshment.
Velvet paws welcome. Property completely fenced. (10 euros per night)
The large 55 '' TV in the living room is 3D capable, here also provides a pinball machine for a lot of fun.
Wi-Fi is available for a fee of 2.50 euros per day.
The price includes for 2 people bed linen and towels and bathrobe.
If you wish we can provide you with a laundry package (bed linen, towels, bathrobe, etc.) for 15 euros per pets. Everything ready for you if desired.)
In the house there are 2 apartments.
The pool is exclusively for the guests of these apartments.
The pool is open from 1 May to 31 September.

Beautiful quiet stay in the countryside

We were staying here for the Challenge Roth triathlon. The location was ideal, only a short drive to the various venues. The small village was immaculately clean and well kept and extremely quiet. It was a very peaceful stay. The swimming pool and backyard lounging area was very nice. Access to this apartment was very easy from Munich airport. All the roads and highways around the area are very easy to drive and navigate.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön,die Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Alles andere war auch prima,Lage ( Ingolstadt, Nürnberg ca.1std. entfernt) rundherum Natur pur. Rundum Sorglospaket

Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lage ist echt top, egal ob zum einkaufen oder an verschiedene Seen zum baden oder wandern. Das Haus liegt eigentlich genau in der Mitte, also mussten wir keine weiten Wege auf uns nehmen. Auch direkt im Ort kann man super wandern oder Fahrrad fahren. Im und um das Haus herum fehlt es an nichts. Es war alles wie auf der Seite beschrieben und das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der sehr sauber und auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar ist.

Das Ferienhaus mit Pool ist wirklich klasse! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt einen recht großen Pool, den man auch bei miesem Wetter nutzen kann, da er beheizt und überdacht ist. Der Vermieter gibt sich große Mühe und man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Hunde sind willkommen und sind durch das umzäunte Gelände geschützt! Leider hatten wir sehr Pech mit dem Wetter, aber wir kommen gerne mal wieder und hoffen dann auf mehr Sonnenschein und mehr Planschspaß! Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles wunderbar. Tolle ausgestattete Küche, klasse eingezäunter Garten [ für den hund)der Pool ist prima und wurde von uns immer genutzt. Gartenmöbel könnten mal gewechselt werden. Ansonsten alles prima, gute und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Sehr netter Empfang durch den Gastgeber, der auch hilfsbereit jederzeit zu erreichen war. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Garten mit Pool! In unmittelbarer Nähe schöne Laufwege für Spaziergänge mit unserem Hundekind, welches auch wirklich herzlich willkommen war.Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Brombachsee.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem hat uns aber gefallen, dass auch unsere Hündin sehr freundlich empfangen wurde. Der Vermieter ist sehr tierfreundlich. Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Man muss sich keine Sorgen machen, dass der Hund ausbüchsen könnte. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Tolle Größe zum planschen aber auch Bahnen schwimmen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass man auch bei weniger gutem Wetter draußen sitzen kann. Das Dach beim Pool kann man auf - und zuschieben. Die Dusche im Bad ist auch toll mit vielen Einstellungen. Auch gibt es eine Außendusche am Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Heißluftfriteuse, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeevollautomat. Die Betten waren liebevoll hergerichtet wie im Hotel mit Duschgel und Bodylotion. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Empfehlung: Ausflug ins Altmühltal und an den Altmühlsee. Die Gaststätte "Signal" ist fußläufig von der Ferienwohnung in fünf Minuten erreichbar und bietet leckeres und günstiges Essen. Gegenüber der Ferienwohnung kann man tolle Spaziergänge auf den Feldwegen machen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!

Ruheoase mit vielen Möglichkeiten zurn Freizeitgestaltung

Wir waren über's Wochenende hier und hatten das Glück super Wetter erwischt zu haben. Wir wurden von Herrn Dittmar herzlich empfangen, der es uns ermöglichte unsere Kühlschranksachen schon vorzeitig in der Wohnung zu deponieren. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich mit überdachten Terrasse und Pool ist unglaublich schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem ist es in Theilenhofen allgemein sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind der Brombachsee und der Altmühlsee gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Das Haus hat alles, was für einen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Der Pool sehr groß und sehr sauber. Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In dem Ort gibt es allerdings keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, mit dem Auto allerdings in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Klasse Ferienwohnung mit tollen Pool und Garten

Wir hatten für 2 Wochen diese schöne, geräumige und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit Pool und Garten gemietet. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tage waren sehr warm und der schöne saubere Pool sorgte für die nötige gelungene Abkühlung. Der Garten und Poolberech sind komplett umzäunt, so das unsere beiden Hunde sich problemlos frei bewegen konnten . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, ob telefonisch oder persönlich, war stehts freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten hier einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen und das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Entspannung pur mit tollem Pool

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der es einem an nichts fehlt. Der Pool wurde täglich und gerne genutzt was aufgrund der Überdachung auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter möglich war. Die Terasse ist liebevoll dekoriert und läd zum draußen Essen ein.
