A 150m2 terrace surrounding a 9.5*4.5m swimming pool is there to provide good times for young and old alike. An enclosed exterior to accommodate your cars on the property is a plus.
The option of a freshly renovated outbuilding with 6 beds giving accessibility to the whole to 24 people from the same group.
Our outbuildings, a billiards, table football and darts, a table tennis, an optional outbuilding with its 6-seater spa, its bar area and its relaxation area will also be there to make your stay an unforgettable one.
The house is located 5 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the A10, 25 minutes from the first beaches, 30 minutes from ROYAN and 55 minutes from LA ROCHELLE
