This is one of the best properties we have stayed in. So many items available for cooking, extra space to relax, and the quiet location. The bedroom layout provides lots of options and privacy. The kitchen layout is great for prepping and serving.

Beautiful house, wonderful for our large group. Lots of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Our favorite was the very large covered porch, was a great place to hang out with everyone any time day or night!

The rental was fun and very spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed walking around the acres and sitting on the covered patio. We made sure to enjoy the hot tub every day. This rental made South Dakota fun and worth the trip.

What a treat staying here in Jeff and Laura’s home was! The home was clean and the furniture comfortable (including the beds)! It has everything needed to be able to cook your own meals. There is a large outdoor area for cooking and hanging out which includes a large hot tub. The large garage can also be used as a hang out as it has furniture and several games including a ping pong table! The home is located close to many sites and trails that the Black Hills and Custer Park have to offer. The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Great house for our family reunion group of 15 (8 adults children). The property is amazing, beautiful short drive to Custer state park and Mt. Rushmore. For logistics: two bedrooms share one bathroom and access to a living room. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and two other bedrooms have no bathroom attached but are connected to the main living space/kitchen.Great cabin in the woods! The property is magical. The games on the patio are awesome for kids and adults.

This home was absolutely beautiful and amazing! We couldn’t have been happier. It offered so much for the kids and adults. We enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey, shuffle board, making s’mores over a wood burning fireplace and more. Very clean and comfortable. It provided everything you would need. Kitchen was terrific and fully stocked, just bring your food and everything you need will be there. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys that visited the yard. I just wish we had more time to spend at the home as there is so much to do. It was also a nice touch to park inside the garage. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with! I can’t say enough about our stay, we all hated to leave. My grandkids liked sharing a little note in the book about their stay! A really fantastic place!

This house was amazing! Six adults all had our own spaces and the shared spaces provided so much to do. Loved the patio living space. Great area to relax, play shuffle board and watch the deer and turkeys that visited daily. Bought homemade brats at pops grocery in Hermosa and barbecued, highly recommend.Furnishings and decor were stunning. The house was so well stocked. Had we known, we could’ve left 1/4 of our purchases in Rapid City there. We visited so many great places daily as the location was within easy driving distance of Custer State Park, Sturgis, Deadwood, Chief Crazy Horse, Needles Hwy, etc. Also played air hockey and ping pong in the garage. So fun. Great memories of a wonderful stay at an unbelievably lovely house. Thanks to the owners for sharing!

This property is amazing!! A beautiful house with fantastic scenery! The kitchen is wonderful and so fully equipped. It already has spices, condiments and leftover containers. Every room was spotless and decorated so appropriately for the location and vibe. The outside space is huge with lots of seating and fire features. The host responds very quickly if you need anything but there really is nothing you need as this house has everything! There are two fireplaces inside; I wish we’d been here when it was cool enough to use them.

This property was wonderful. We enjoyed all the room to spread out and all the amenities that were available. The house was very clean and rustic modern with plenty of beds for a very large group. The outdoor area was amazing, also. My family enjoyed watching tv from the hot tub. If we are ever back in South Dakota, I would definitely stay here again.
