My wife’s grandparents lived in Wewahitchca is why we stayed there. It was a great base for us to visit the Dead Lakes, Port St Joe, Apalachicola, Florida Caverns in Marianna and eat some fantastic oysters at Lynn’s in Eastpoint.
My friends and I stayed here during spring break. The interior was lovely and tastefully decorated and the amenities provided were so nice and helpful. The outside screened porch was a great place for breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-out couch was spacious and very comfortable as well. Overall, a great stay!
Traveled to Wewahitchka for work. This property was cute, clean, and had everything I needed in an ideal location. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.
I usually stay in hotels when I’m in the area, but I haven’t found one out there yet that didn’t have roaches in it. On a whim, I looked for a place on VRBO, and found this place. Great little place met my needs, and very clean. I liked that it was in a rural setting and quiet, and the host was quick responding to my questions, even the stupid ones. Haha.I will definitely be booking there again
Very tight parking if you bringing a boat. Had to unhook boat when parking but house was as described nice and clean. Only negative about house is cooking smells and stuff carry over from other side of duplex.

My apologies about the cooking smells. Typically they do not carry over at all but we had burned bacon to a crisp while stepping outside and smoke was thick. The solid core door to the apt is sealed tightly to reduce smells and sounds but this was an unfortunate exception.
The trip was very nice. The accomodations were nice, the place was immaculate and although small was just the right size for us. One bedroom/one full bath a living and kitchenette area. My isp was not working consistantly so no television but we did read alot and worked on a puzzle. Spent days in Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas at the Bay. Just wonderful. Thanks, Sherrie. I could't respond to you because my phone was on the fritz. Anna

Vrbo stay
This was our first stay thru a vrbo, will no doubt be our last. A lot of things were not what I expected. 2 washcloths for 2 people for 2 days. She said it was protocol. No lughting on backporch to put in lock combo. Had to use flashlight on phone. No sidewalk. Parking was not the greatestest it was also uncomfortably cold

Tiny house
It is part of someone’s house, owner maybe? Very old with minimal upgrades. No water pressure, very hard to wash your hair with no pressure. Very, very small! Not ideal access. And a really weird smell. Owner was very nice. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed one because we needed to shower and have a better nights sleep. It’s very, small.

We believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay. And that's the standard we've set for our property. Unfortunately sometimes things aren't a great fit... Cathy booked for 3 people. It is helpful to read the description before booking. The 300 sq ft Bungalow plus Porch is listed as 'Little Abode' and size is reflected in the affordable price. It also boasts many upgrades including an All new bathroom, new towels & sheets, new refrigerator, new couch, new porch and more. The shower pressure works like any new shower-head and has plenty of water to clean.
This is a cute little place - small rooms but comfortable and well-decorated. It is attached to the owner’s home in a rural setting. My daughter enjoyed waking up with the cows each morning (in the field across the street), and it was about 20-40 minutes from places like Apalachicola, Port St Joe, and Panama City. The owner communicated well, and we enjoyed our stay.
