The property was very well cared for. Amenities were perfect Our contact was very helpful and always responded quickly. The traffic noise was the only item that we wish were improved.

Key West getaway

Great condo- size and amenities were great! Loved that there was a large kitchen to cook some nights. We liked that all was supplied (beach towels, wine opener, etc) to have a great time. The king size bed was comfy too! The posted pictures were accurate of this condo. Outside pool, hot tub had great views of the ocean. We loved it! While the condo is close to the ocean it is not to the Duval hot spots. Plan on a car, scooter or bike or other means while you are here. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the street and airplane noise at all hours of the day and night. It is Key West (small island, many people) and our condo has no sound proofing. A unit not facing the street may be quieter.

Dear Pam, We are sorry you had anything but a less than perfect stay. You are correct the building and part of the unit are older however there is all new furniture inside and the bedrooms have been updated. The home is also freshly painted, very clean and has a variety of extra provided amenities for guests staying in the condo. Our team is also readily available throughout guest stays for any issues brought to our attention. I believe you had several interactions with staff for using a key and also a cable reset. We did not hear from you regarding any kitchen lights being out and did not find any lights non operational after your departure. Traffic during peak season can be noisier than off season. BUT the unit is advertised with its location and unit number is which does show street side with water views. We did not withhold this information from you and never you never asked prior to arrival if street noises could be heard while sitting OUTSIDE the unit. Perhaps next time it would be more enjoyable for you to book a single family home where traffic is not so busy as a 100+ unit condo complex. Key West is extremely busy in the winter months. We are sorry you found this distracting when sitting outside of the unit. We thank you again for your valued feedback. — Management
