Perfect retreat for our crew!

We were very impressed and felt right at home in this rental. We loved our time here. We had everything we needed…well stocked kitchen, hot tub, lake views, comfy beds, even high end Electrolux double washer and dryers and keuring with coffee pods included. We also appreciated how they had all the supplies we needed, not just the “starter” set like most hosts do of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent, paper towels, dryer sheets, etc. It was great to have lake views. We also loved having 2 identical master suites. Jason was also readily available if needed. Would like to return!

Great Spot for a Big Group

Great layout. Kitchen, dining room, and living room on the main floor, with a porch balcony and hot tub. First floor game room was great for the kids. Plenty of bedrooms, private space, and baths upstairs.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

Our group returned to the house for another long Labor Day weekend. The house fits all of our needs and is the perfect place for kids and adults of all ages. We love staying here and hope to be back again next year for our third time.

Center Hill Treat

The home felt like home!! We had easy access to the boat ramp, swimming area and a play area. The home had everything we needed and some things we didn’t remember to bring! We are definitely planning to book again we had such great family time.

Beautiful home, lots to do

Perfect home for all ages. Game room was a savior, close to marina, dock for loading and unloading of the boat, and swim area with playground. Perfect amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and tv’s. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Beautiful porch to enjoy the view. Very relaxing setting.

Quiet getaway with Beautiful view

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice large house and a friendly host. Definitely recommend it. With all mountains and lakes nearby it would be a best place to stay in summer and fall.

Perfect weekend getaway

This house was a great place to stay for the weekend. We had 12 people in the house and you couldn't tell it. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is it!!

We’ve stayed all over CHL and this has been our most favorite property yet!! Excellent beds, super convenient to the ramp, marina and water. Plus, there’s plenty of space and amenities at the house, both inside and out.

A Family Thanksgiving

We loved our time at Jason’s place! It’s a perfect location for a family getaway with lots of great options for fun—hiking, playground, lake, etc. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, and Jason is a perfect host, keeping in touch and responding quickly to any requests. It was a great Thanksmas in Tennessee!

Great stay!

The house was clean, organized, well-stocked, and had all the features we were looking for. Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend we stayed but there was still plenty to occupy us in the house, including hot tub, games, TV, and fellowship. (Though I’m sad we couldn’t utilize the beach access, canoe, or playground). Jason was very helpful and responded promptly. Great experience!

Perfect family gathering

Everything was perfect. This area holds a special place for my family and this was the perfect house to meet for a gathering. Nothing is left out of this house. Of all the VRBO’s we have rented, this is the best stocked house we’ve ever visited. You won’t find a better host for communicating. We didn’t visit any restaurants in the area but the location for the lake is one of the best you will find on Center Hill Lake. Jason’s place will always be our first choice on Center Hill.

Great multi-family stay!

This house was perfect for our stay with 4 different families with small children aged 1 - 6. There was plenty of space and activities in the house and around the property with the playground, lake, and trails just a few minutes walk from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the front porch in the rocking chairs looking at the lake and on the screened in porch with the TV and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and will hopefully be able to visit again some day!

Great place to spend time with your friends and family!

Jason was a pleasure to deal with. The house was gorgeous! He left the Holoday Tree up and it was beautiful. The kitchen was ine of the best stocked I habe seen at a vacation rental. The parking was fantastic! And the beds, the bed were so comfortable that even if the rest of the house had not been amazing, it would have been worth a 5 star review just for those!

Lake House Adventure

We were looking for a place that was above and beyond the typical. We were very happy with the whole vibe the house provided. Very clean, well appointed and executed and in a great location that was easy to access. The amenities covered everybody from the pre-teens to adults. The game room, enclosed outdoor porch and hot tub with fireplace was perfect as well as the long front porch with wood rockers. The laundry machines were high capacity and easy to use. All around a great experience!

Perfect property

This was our family's pre-Thanksgiving trip as we're not able to get together on Thanksgiving Day. The property was as it was noted in the listing, and I call it a "perfect place". Kids and want to be kids (me) loved the game room and though it turned really cold, the fireplaces warmed us well. We hope to be able to book it in the summer as the loction is right on the lake,

Prime location prime house

Everything about the house was perfect. It held all of the amenities that the children and the adults loved. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces, the hot tub, all the games downstairs, we played cards and use the Black chat table. It was such a great time. The host made sure that we were comfortable and communicated very directly and easily. We will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful vacation. Thank you for helping it to be great for us!

Within a five minute drive, Hurricane Marina offers a restaurant (seasonal operation) with great food and boat rentals if you reserve early.
