Ideally located in the very heart of the town center, the apartment is on the 4th and top floor of a residence with elevator, close to all amenities.
This comfortable 52 m² apartment is in immediate proximity to the beach and shops.
It features an entrance hall, a air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds located at the quiet rear of the building, a shower room with WC, and a terrace where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful view. South-facing.
Private underground parking for one car is included, as well as a bicycle storage room.
Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted by the owner.
Bed linen available as an optional service (number of guests to be specified).
Final cleaning not included (€75).
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival: €700.
Tourist tax not included (amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price, and number of guests over 18 years old).
Deposit required at the time of booking: 25%.
