Welcome to Oasis 2002, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 2002!

Upon entering, it’s confirmed you made the right choice. Relax in this 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. professionally-decorated condo by Mint Decor. The south-facing living area has floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the miles of white sand beach and never-ending views of the gulf. The large balcony provides both inspiring sunrises and vibrant sunsets.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55” HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double-sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed with 50" wall-mounted flatscreen TV, the 3rd bedroom has two full sized beds with a 50" wall mounted TV. Also, there are two twin cots for sleeping up to 10. Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer).

The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet-bar. A large dining table (w/ seating for 6) as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. Plus, the 60” HD flatscreen TV in the living area, satellite programming, and included high-speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs!! You have covered parking in the garage. There is a state of the art fitness room on the 15th floor with incredible views of the beach and another two hot tubs and saunas on the 14th floor!

NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed.

Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 3 bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Oasis 2002

The property was exactly as it looked online. View was spectacular! One suggestion would be new bar-height balcony furniture so the view is unobstructed. The living room area rug and balcony could use a good cleaning, but my family wears slippers as a general rule. Overall, it was a beautiful place and we would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been in the same unit for two consecutive years. We were disappointed this year, because the unit was not real clean,especially the rug in the living room. Also, the furniture needs some updates.

Breathtaking Views - Amazing Condo!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When booking a condo/hotel, often pictures can be deceiving. This was not the case when we arrived at Phoenix West II. The facility at our condo #2002 was super clean, updated, beachy décor & the location is perfect for a quick trip to the store, restaurant or activities. There's 3 full beds + 4 full baths & plenty of room for the fold out beds that are provided. The balcony is spacious as we had coffee every morning watching the waves & marine life before heading down to play. We heard zero noise from neighboring rooms as the construction is top notch with thick walls. Hallways are quiet & clean. Other guests that we ran into were friendly & chatty. The only minor downside to the property is that there are only 6 elevators & they can get quite busy during peak times. There was never a lengthy wait though. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back next year. A+
