Enjoy 3 comfy bedrooms, a private balcony, open layout, and a cleared path to the nearby beach. As a bonus, you’ll have access to resort amenities that include multiple pools, a lazy river, workout room, theater and more!

The elevator makes it easy to get your luggage upstairs to your private, 6th level condo. You’ll feel at home the moment you walk into the spacious living area, surrounded by walls of windows showcasing superb views. The large sectional is perfect for lounging and planning the day's activities. Seat 6 at the dining table or 3 at the kitchen island, and serve up fresh Gulf seafood prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.

The primary king suite has an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the queen bedroom and bunk room, which share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has ample closet space to make yourself at home. The stackable washer and dryer set is conveniently located in the hall closet.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Diamond Beach Condos
This property is listed as a luxury vacation getaway location; however, we found it to be less than luxurious. The grounds were kept clean, and the condo staff was friendly. However, the amenities advertised were not all available. For example, the slide was closed and has been all summer from what we heard; the only bar that is open is the pool bar, and it is only open on Thursdays - Sundays from 12 pm - 6 pm which is ridiculous for the summer hours; there is not any food or any other bar available onsite; the oversized chess set that is one of their selling points is missing pieces and has many others that are broken; there are not enough umbrellas for the amount of holders and they are duct-taped or otherwise rigged to work. The pool is nice, the lazy river is okay, but neither are enough to bring us back to here again. In the condo, a shelf fell off the wall above one of the bunk beds, the overhead rainshower in the master bathroom did not work, and in the other bathroom, the shower would not turn off so you could not use the bathtub.
