The house is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The living area consists of a spacious living room, a dining room and a separate kitchen.
The latter opens onto a terrace Covered, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing in the shade.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its shower room. A separate toilet.

Upstairs, the 2nd bedroom offers a 160x200 bed and a private shower room with toilet. Another bedroom, which is a 3-room suite in a row, includes a double bed in 140x190 and an extra bed (2 times 80x200) and a shower room with en-suite toilet.

The house is independent and not shared.
It is located at the entrance to the village.
The attic and the garage are not accessible (closed).

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The swimming pool is secured by an integrated roller shutter, children must be under constant supervision.
Full kitchen equipment.
Gas barbecue.
Bed linen and towels (bath and pool) provided.
End-of-stay cleaning service included (we ask that the house be left in the same condition in which it was left (dishes put away, dishwasher emptied, rubbish bins taken out and toilet clean).
The furniture must not be moved.
