Bungalow "Karolina", 2 storeys. Above Lovran, in the hamlet Oprić 3 km from the centre of Lovran, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (16 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km, concrete beach 3 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Property ref. HR3050.317 is situated on the same property.
2-room bungalow 18 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room, ceiling height 190 cm with satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine), ceiling height 190 cm. Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 97 - 178 cm with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. No heating option. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Low placed windows in the bedrooom with sloping ceilings.

Perfekter ruhiger Urlaub

Wunderbare ruhige Lage, kleine Wohnung, aber Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Schöne Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse. Perfekt zum Abschalten. Um am Strand keine Parkplätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Nutzung der Buslinien zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Waren diesen Sommer zu zweit für 12 Tage in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen und nicht weit von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lovran) entfernt. Zudem sind in der Nähe der Unterkunft viele Strände aufzufinden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sauber und gemütlich. Werden diesen Urlaub mit Sicherheit wiederholen! Kleiner Tipp: nehmt ein Mückenspray mit
