The third bedroom, facing northeast, is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 cm). The bathroom with a washing machine, accessible only from this third bedroom via two wide, steep steps or from the outside, completes the sleeping area. Two pleasant terraces enhance the property: a large terrace of approximately 70 m² at the front and a second terrace of approximately 50 m² at the rear, partially shaded by a pergola, ideal for meals and relaxation. Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is well-equipped, easy to maintain, and particularly comfortable.
