Beautiful Downtown Loft- West Suite

Summary:
This beautiful suite is the prime location right downtown walking distance to bars, eateries, Cops and Doughnuts, shops, rails for trails, parks and the movie theater!

This unit is perfect for a small group of friends looking to do some exploring around Mid Michigan. It features two queen beds, a leather chair, a pull out sofa, a kitchen, small bar, and a bathroom with a shower and clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak.

We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.

Guest Access:
The entrance is located on main street right next to the 505 Cafe. If you have trouble finding the door stop in to the cafe and they can point you in the right direction. Use the keypad on the door to enter. The West unit will be the second unit to your right after the hallway. You will recieve the check in information on the "Trip Detail" portion of Air Bnb. Please let us know if you have any questions upon arrival or throughout your stay.

The apartment was very comfortable and very roomy. We were able to visit well and have a lot of laughs and didn't worry about disturbing anyone! Loved being downtown Clare and being able to walk all over town.

Our Favorite Place!

My girlfriend and I have come back to this place for 3 years now! It is our annual destination at the end of the year, and we try to meet here at least one other time during the year as well. Everything here is clean and beautiful. Beds are super comfy. The food at the cafe is fabulous, as well as the cocktails and food at the speakeasy! Morgan is an A host. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Amazing in-town property

We were so happy to find this historic yet beautifully updated gem! Conveniently located right in the heart of town and more spacious and charming than any surrounding hotels. Morgan is delightful to communicate with and has added so many sweet touches. We will be back!

Girls night away

We booked this apartment for a girls night getaway. There were five of us. The apartment was decorated so attractive and inviting and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more , down to coffee creamer in the refrigerator! It was in a great location downtown Clare, and in walking distance to shops and eating. Morgan was a delight to communicate with. We definitely would stay again.

Loved the property and the wonderful restaurants and shops. The thing I loved most was the friendly people who live and work there. They made me and my family feel welcomed. The only problem we had was we couldn't figure out how to use the AC and it was an upstairs suite on a pretty warm spring day. We never did get it to come on and stay on. I feel like I can't blame the host if I couldn't but I would recommend that those instructions be included in the welcome package for a tech illiterate like me.
