About this property

Attractive studio with balcony, pool and dream view

It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our placement commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you tenants free of charge. Studio "B 214" with approx. 47 m² living space, up to 3 persons: Spacious living room / bedroom with double bed (through mattress), extra bed, SAT TV, large bodententie Panoramaschiebbetüren, exit to the balcony as well as magnificent view of the lake kitchen with Microwave and bathroom with bath with shower. 25 m² large, covered balcony with a wonderful view of the lake

Für eine Nacht ok

Das Zimmer mit Küche und Bad und die Terrasse waren sauber und schön groß. Die Seesicht ist toll! Es gibt keine Klima und es ist unglaublich warm innen. Lüften geht nur mit Mücken und Stichen. Leider Ameisen in der Wohnung....Die ganze Anlage ist völlig heruntergekommen und teilweise kaputt. Erinnert an einen Bunker, wenn man durch die dunklen Gänge läuft. Der Pool ist ok und sauber. Aber "schön" ist leider etwas anderes. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Traumhafter Seeblick

Sehr schön. Traumhafter Ausblick von der großen Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore und dem Bergpanorama !!! Küche leider ohne Backofen und der Kühlschrank viel zu klein und mit wenig Leistung für die Temperaturen. Auch das im Netz beworbene, angeblich dazugehörige Tennis und Fussballfeld war nicht kostenlos und frei zugängig. Aber alles in allem wie schon gesagt. Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Wir haben jeden Tag am Lago genossen. LG Tilo Schneidereit

Prachtig uitzicht over lago maggiore

Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Prachtig uitzicht. Prima accommodatie. Jammer is dat je maar 1 sleutel krijgt zodat je nooit appart van elkaar wegkunt. 1 tip voor de reisorganisatie......laat je personeel leren Engels spreken. Alles werd verteld in het Italiaans. Hierdoor krijg je miscommunicatie omdat je elkaar totaal niet begrijpt.

Einmaliger Blick auf den See, wir kommen gerne wieder

Super toller Blick auf den See, ruhig gelegen, tolle Anlage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Wir haben die Option ohne Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewählt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed the beautiful view and the large terrace of the appartment. Only the mattresss of the bed was very thin at one side. The lake is very near by and it is a nice spot to swim, not too busy. All the contact with the owner was very good. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Leider ist beim Pool Badekappen Pflicht😏. und erst ab 10.00 Uhr benutzbar. Zimmer war ganz okay. Ausblick ist wunderschön. Bäcker oder Lebensmittel Laden ist 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Anlage La Selva

Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend zentral gelegen. Der Ausblick auf den See ist ebenfalls wunderschön. auch die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr unkompliziert. Der kostenlos zu benutzende Pool ist auf kurzem Weg erreichbar, die Poolbetreiber verlangen jedoch (rechtmäßig?) ein Entgelt von 5 € für zwei Liegen mit Schirm.

Belle terrasse

Belle terrasse et belle vue sur le lac. Matelas à changer, vaisselle à compléter, pas de lave vaisselle ni lave linge . Voisins très bruyant le dernier soir . Parasol et relax payant à la piscine . Piscine qui n'a ouvert ses portes que le 1 er juin . Local poubelle non trouvé, plomb qui sautent , pas de connexion internet pendant 3 jours !
