Attractive studio with terrace and garden, pool and dream view

It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our agency commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you these apartments as a tenant free of commission. Studio "A 108" with approx. 47 m² living space, up to 4 persons: Spacious living room / bedroom with double bed (mattress: 1.80 mx 2.00 m), pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV (flat screen) as well large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding doors, exit onto the terrace and into the garden as well as a wonderful view of the lake kitchen with 4-plate-cooker and hatch area friendly and modern bathroom with shower and window approx. 20 m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the lake Ca. 60 m² large sun garden with children's swing and wonderful view of the lake

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung und es war eine schöne Zeit am Lago, wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Zu erwähnen ist die Terrasse und der Tisch im Außenbereich, die waren Lagebedingt nicht ganz sauber und der Gartenschlauch auch kaputt, so war es etwas mühsam die sauber zu kriegen. Glühbirnen haben auch nicht alle funktioniert. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, musste sogar zweimal fahren weil wir nicht auf die Bettwäsche gedacht haben. Vielleicht bis bald wieder. Grüße, Ervin und Judit Mosoni.

Unterkunft mit super Ausblick auf den See.

Leider war der Garten incl. Gartenmöbel sehr vernachlässigt. Tv ging nicht, haben es gemeldet. Keine Reaktion. Bettdecken und Kopfkissen in schlechtem Zustand. Duschkabine ganz winzig man konnte sich kaum bewegen aber guter Zustand. Herd haben wir nicht benutzt, die Platten sehr verschmutzt

Aucun sens de l accueil!

Tout d abord, je tiens à dire que la région est magnifique et qu on y mange très bien car pour ce qui est de la location et surtout la relation avec le loueur et la personne sur place et leur accueil c était inacceptable, tout d abord le paiement par versement sur un compte de 30% de la location puis le reste à payer casch a l arrivée . Jamais vu ça ! La location n a que le lit et le matelas qui sont correctes. Le reste est à jeté . 2 coussins pour 4 personnes , couette sale, deux autres couettes plus vieilles et tachées, 2 cuillères à café pour 4 personnes et 3 verres, pas de casseroles, 2 grosses marmites Hotte d aspiration qui ne fonctionne pas , tele qui m a jamais fonctionné, chaises longues inexistantes et à la place des transats tout rouillés, étendoir encore plus rouillé. Le jardin pas arrangé (fait 2 jours après) , douche minuscule, le nettoyage mal fait (vaisselle sale, terrasse sale, poussière, toiles d araignée partout …) déplus les plombs qui sautent des qu on branche trois appareils, Biensur j ai contacte la personne sur place et le propriétaire qui m ont largement ignorée , puis en passant par abritel ils ont finit par me répondre et la personne est arrivée avec 6 verres et une bouilloire et 2 planches à découper. Un geste après que j ai dû menacer de demander un remboursement mais le reste des choses qui n’allaient pas , sont restées en l état . J ai plusieurs fois essayer de recontacter la personne sur place et le propriétaire sans succès .a éviter
