The 3-room Rustico "Ponte" with 2 bathrooms spreads over 2 levels and is furnished with beautiful walnut furniture rustic and well equipped, u. a. with fireplace and washing machine. The house is located on the outskirts of Cannero Riviera in an absolutely quiet and sunny panoramic position with stunning views of the lake, the castles of Cannero Riviera and the surrounding mountains. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful hiking trails. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the public beach and by car you are in less than 5 minutes on the beautiful public beach of Cannero Riviera. The town center and the beautiful lakeside promenade of Cannero Riviera with inviting cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are about 2 km away. The Rustico has a living space of approx. 70 m². The spacious sunny outdoor area consists of four different outdoor seating areas: A 50 m² large sun terrace with wine pergola, a 30 m² large sun balcony and 2 other balconies with dream lake view. Barbecue. Free public parking is around 50 meters away, H. You can not go up to the Rustico and walk the remaining 50 m on foot. House division: 1. Haben den Urlaub am Lago Maggiore sehr genossen. Das Haus war für unsere Ansprüche optimal geeignet. Es war alles was wir benötigt haben vorhanden. Würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist schön und ruhig, liegt aber zwischen einigen nicht renovierten Häusern(Ruinen) . Der Zugang zwischen diesen war abenteuerlich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war mit einem Doppelstockbett und einem Einzelbett so vollgestellt, dass man übereinander klettern musste und sich kaum rühren konnte. Haben das Einzelbett nach unten ins Wohnzimmer verfrachtet. Draußen 3 schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten..Nach dem ersten Schock hat es uns insgesamt gut gefallen.

Schönes "Rustico"

Schönes altes Steinhaus, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sanitär Bereiche könnten optimiert werden. Die Anfahrt hoch nach Ponte ....naja. Alles in allem Cannero Riviera und die ganze Region sehr sauber, die Menschen dort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit leichten Schwächen

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war gut. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist schön, bis auf ein etwas verfallenes Haus nebenan. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wer dies zu schätzen weis, ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist ein bisschen spartanisch ausgestattet, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Leider hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, bei 30 Grad kein Problem, bei 20 grad und regen den ganzen tag, eher nicht so toll. Wenn das problem mit dem kalten Wasser nicht gewesen wäre, würde die Bewertung besser ausfallen. Also einfach im Vorfeld klären ob das Problem gelöst wurde. TV hat die Fernbedienung gefehlt. Trotzdem ein schönes Haus.

Nettes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Der Eindruck, den man im Internet bekommt entspricht nicht ganz der Realität. Das Haus liegt umrahmt von alten, z.T. ruinösen Bauten im alten Dorfkern und ist relativ lieblos ausgestattet (kein Wasserkocher, Toaster, Liegeauflagen, manchmal kein warmes Wasser). Der Blick auf den See ist eher eingeschränkt, aber es ist unglaublich ruhig und liegt strategisch extrem günstig für Wanderungen und um zu Fuß nach Cannero zu gelangen.

Schöns Haus mit Seeblick

Das Haus an sich ist schön und liebevoll restauriert. Vom oberen Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Leider ist die Umgebung zum Teil von verfallenen Häusern geprägt. So schaut man nicht nur auf den See, sondern auch auf ein baufälliges Haus mit Autoreifen auf dem Dach und anderem Schutt.

Wir hatten einen prima Urlaub mit der Familie und Hund🤩

Tolle Unterkunft für Menschen die es ruhig, rustikal und in der Natur verbringen möchten. Tolle Umgebung zum entdecken, die aber etwas Fitness bedarf. Auch beim entspannten auf der Terrasse mit prima Blick auf den See voll zu genießen 😌 Zum Einkaufen sollte man etwas Zeit nehmen und nach Verbania fahren, aber hier findet jeder alles. Gemütliche Kaffeepause inclusive! 🤩🤩🤩
