Tastefully furnished 2-room apartment on the charming lakeside promenade

The two tastefully refurbished 2- and 2½-room apartments are located in a 2-family house directly at the beginning of the enchanting lakeside promenade of Feriolo. The former fishing village has largely preserved its original character and lures with picturesque corners and views. From both the indoor and outdoor areas, you can enjoy a giant view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the mountains. As one of the two sand beaches is only about 30 m away, you can go directly from the apartment in the morning to the swimming and on the way back at the cafe around the corner to bring the cappuccino and bread rolls for breakfast. Due to the sunny location, the approx. 30 m² terrace on the ground floor offers an ideal place to relax and in summer there is also a sheltered place under the Kiwipergola. On the upper floor, however, you will find a roof terrace of approx. 50 m² with a fantastic view of the lake as well as two balconies with seating for 2 persons. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. Shops, bars and restaurants as well as the public sand beach are nearby, so you can do the little things of everyday life on foot, and your car is only necessary for the various excursion possibilities. In the evening, dine in one of the restaurants right on the lake, gives you the feeling of being at the seaside. You can park your car in the free public parking nearby. For loading and unloading you can drive up to the house. 2-room apartment "B" on the floor with about 45 m² living space, up to 4 persons: Private staircase living room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons (about 1.40 mx 1.90 m), satellite TV and gigantic View of the lake and the mountains as well as exit to the 1. Die Wohnung, die Lage und der Buchungsvorgang bzw. Kontakt mit der Agentur lief reibungslos und war super. Mega großer Balkon mit einer bombastischen Aussicht auf den See.Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war leider nicht okay. Die Möbel stark in die Jahre gekommen.

Toller Blick, Ausstattung verbesserungsbedürftig

Kühlschrank viel zu laut, da keine Tür zum Schlafzimmer hat dies uns gestört. Gläserausstattung ist verbesserungsfähig (z Bsp.keine Weingläser, nur ein Bierglas). Die Wohnung lebt von der Größe und dem Blick der Terrasse, das ist super. Allerdings fehlen hier Auflagen für die liegen und Stühle.

In 2 Wochen Urlaub mit herrlichem Wetter, schöner Unterkunft mit großem Balkon in super Lage direkt am See konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen.

Für den dringend erforderlichen Erholungsurlaub perfekt. Die mega grosse Terrasse war der Hammer. Leider hat die Lage der Whg, im Sommer bei 28 Grad Zimmertemperatur, auch seine Schattenseiten. Leben pur durch nahe Bar und Café bis spät in die Nacht. Gute Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert. Für Menschen mit Handicaps ist die Whg schwer zugänglich, extrem steile Stiege ohne Handlauf. Die Whg hatte dennoch alles was es für den Aufenthalt so braucht...allerdings Finger weg vom Wasserkocher. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Terrassenglück

Die schönste Terrasse von Feriolo, wunderbarer Ausblick und bis zum frühen Abend Sonne. Und morgens schnell zur darunter gelegenen Bar zum Frühstücken oder nur zum Cornetti holen. Am Wochenende und in der Hochsaison ist Feriolo ein beliebter Ausflugsort wegen der schönen Uferpromenade und den vielen Ristorante in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eigentlich hat man das Haus für sich alleine. Die zweite Wohnung im EG hat einen eigenen Eingang. Parken ist auf dem Großparkplatz beim Friedhof kein Problem. Von dort in wenigen Minuten zur Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge mit dem Auto und zu Fuß. Sehr schön ist die große Nähe zum Lago. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder in der Wohnung einmieten.

Die schönste Terrasse am Ort

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnraum getrennt. Uns hat es nicht gestört.Die Terrasse bietet einen grandiosen Ausblick über den See. Den Lärm von der Hauptverkehrsstraße, die recht nah an der Wohnung vorbei führt, hat uns nicht gestört. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden, war im Oktober auch kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Zentrale Wohnung mit super Aussicht

Direkt am See und Badestrand. Viele Lokale, Cafés direkt vor der Türe. Entsprechend trubelig ist es auch ab dem frühen Morgen und bis spät in die Nacht. Terrasse hat keinen Pavillion wie auf den Bildern. Nur ein Sonnenschirm und eine kleine Markise. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer quietscht.. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang aus Spitze getrennt. Bad ist geräumig. Duschkabine defekt, daher mit Duschvorhang improvisiert. Müll muss täglich selbst rausgestellt werden und ist typisch italienisch etwas chaotisch. Im Großen und Ganzen zu empfehlen für Leute die gerne mitten drin sind und keine absolute Ruhe benötigen.
