Cozy apartment in semi-detached house with garden and overlooking the sea, just a few minutes from the center of Porto Maurizio and the beaches of the Italian Riviera. The apartment has its own entrance, private parking and a patio with table and chairs, ideal to relax on warm summer evenings. The patio has a nice table and there is also a large sun terrace for the private use of guests. Ideal for families and couples, the Mediterranean scents and the pink colored sunsets will enchant you. Just 2 km from Porto Maurizio and its beaches and from the characteristic towns of Alassio (26 km), Diano Marina (4 km), Cervo (5 km), Bordighera (47 km), Seborga (52 km). In little more than half an hour you can reach the Côte d'Azur: Menton (66 Km), Nice (85 Km), Monte Carlo (73 Km) and just before that the beautiful beaches of Balzi Rossi (60 Km) with their unspoiled nature and crystal clear waters. The botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (59 km).
