Our beautiful two-story villa was designed in the Mediterranean bastide style, combining elegance, simplicity, and functionality. On the ground floor, it features a large 40 m² living area (living room and dining room), a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, and an entryway. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The entire home is laid out and furnished in a contemporary and functional style. The garden is very inviting, surrounded by trees and plants, and the terrace is designed to encourage you to share wonderful moments with family or friends.

Just 20 minutes from Montpellier, the regional capital, and 30 minutes from the beaches and Pic Saint Loup, Clapiers is a typical small southern town nestled around a hill in an ideal location. This peaceful haven of 4,939 residents boasts the highest chlorophyll levels in the region and offers exceptional natural beauty, with two forests surrounding Clapiers where you can enjoy lovely walks.
