Newly refreshed villa. 55 and over community. Private end unit. NO Smoking Please! King sleep number bed in main bedroom. Queen sleep number bed in 2nd bedroom. Newly furnished and decorated. GVR available for guest fee. Walk to church. Walgreens and food close by. Beautiful sunrise sunset. Please leave it the way you FIND it, neat and clean. If you don’t see it or you don’t know, just ask. Complementary coffee creamer, foods and basic extras are in the villa until you can shop. Please don’t forward mail. Thank you

Home away from home

From the warm welcome to the wonderful Sleep Number beds, our stay was excellent! Homey, cute decor with newer, full-size appliances. The patio was great too. Close to everything and super quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful gem in Green Valley

I can't speak highly enough of my experience at this property. It has very comfortable furnishings, is immaculately clean and is really well equipped. The owner of the property replies thoughtfully and promptly to any inquiries. She has also gone the extra mile with lots of special touches to make the place feel like "home."

Wobderful stay in Green Valley

This unit has been remodeled and updated from older ones than I have stayed in before. It was very clean and well stocked. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts are near by and ready to help out if needed. The location is great... walking distance to Walgreens, and also to other stores near the East Villas. Looking forward to a return visit. Been to Green Valley before

Same experiences as always.. GreenValley has everything. GVR property has even more. If you’re looking to retire, you’ll never be bored and Green Valley. There’s always something to do even in the off-season as long as you do it early.

Cozy & comfortable

The villas west are compact townhouses within the green valley over 55 active community. Many activities to choose from. Our villa was a 2 bedrm, but the kitchens are small. Spaces are tight & not much area for food prep. There is no dishwasher. However this place has a very comfortable king bed & roomy sofa. The host is very responsive & helpful. The villa offers an on site pool, as well as many satellite facilities nearby. It is adequate for short term stays.

Just a couple things. Communication was not great. An extra key was made after I said no for security only, I issue one key. The king comforter had large oily hand prints, hopefully will wash out. Respect for homeowner a little lax. The toilet paper stand was broken. Snowbirds treat our homes like a hotel and it’s not like that at all. You are using someone’s home and personal property. I left many extras most places don’t. Like a bag of ice and water. Snacks and treats showing appreciation for stay. Many extras not mentioned. So sad. Not to mention, taking a $333.00 personal loss for guest to feel not “stuck”. So unappreciative and lacking in basic respect for another’s property. This guest is the kind you can’t wait to leave.
