Our apartment offers a place to sleep and retreat in Künzell, a core and suburb of the city of Fulda. Consisting of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, spread over approx. 44m ² of living space can accommodate up to four people.
In the very close vicinity of approx. 150 to 300m, the place offers numerous shopping opportunities, such as a penny market or an Edeka. Furthermore, there are various leisure activities for young and old in Künzell. The place attracts with a mini golf course (approx. 300m away), the Takka-Tukka-Land (indoor adventure playground for children approx. 1km away), but also with wellness offers such as the spa park Sieben Welten Spa Resort, which is located directly opposite the Takka-Tukka- Country. This invites you to sauna and relax.
Künzell also has a lot to offer for your physical well-being. Numerous restaurants and ice cream parlors can be found in our area just a few hundred meters away.
Visit us in a direct neighboring community Fuldas from which you can reach not only the city but also the Rhön by bus and train. There is even a direct bus connection to Hesse's highest mountain, the Wasserkuppe with glider pilots, restaurants, summer toboggan run and the like, which towers above everything at a height of 950m. The extremely central location of the apartment offers the advantage of being in the middle of two bus stops, both of which are approx. 300m away.
The Bavarian Rhön is also not far away. This also gives you the opportunity to stop by and have a nice day. B. to spend on the Kreuzberg (approx. 45km distance).
In the monastery located here, the monks traditionally brew their own beer, which you can of course buy and consume there. There are also numerous souvenir shops and a playground. The Kreuzberg Monastery is fun for the whole family.
The inner city of Fulda itself is about 4.5 km away and attracts with its beautiful old town, the cathedral, city palace and palace garden and much more. It also wades out with outdoor and indoor pools, museums, celebrations and an animal park.
The best way to get to Vogelsberg is by car. Like the Rhön, this is about 20 km away. Both low mountain ranges are framed by beautiful villages and small towns (Rhön: Tann, Gersfeld etc; Vogelsberg: Schlitz, Lauterbach) and offer space to discover old and well-preserved buildings. There are also many opportunities for passionate hikers and cyclists, as well as motorcyclists.
The apartment offered here has about 44m² of living space with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the top floor of a residential building and offers a fixed sleeping space for 4 people.
In the first room there are two beds (0.9x2m), as well as two bedside tables, a television (satellite TV), a small table with 3 chairs and a closet. The two beds can of course be put together or pushed apart. You decide, or make yourself as comfortable as possible. The apartment is covered with WiFi.
The second room offers a bed with a size of 1. 40x2m, which offers enough sleeping space for one or two people. A young couple or a pair of siblings, for example, could find a place here. There is also a bedside table and a wardrobe (the skylight cannot be opened in this room).
In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay. With the 2 hot plates, a kettle, a toaster, mini oven and microwave, a variety of dishes can be prepared. Of course there are all sorts of kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery, pasta sieve and so on in the sideboard there. V. M.
There is also a sink and a dining table.
The bathroom has a shower / bathtub, a sink and a toilet and can therefore not only be used for showering but also for a full bath. There is a small mirror cabinet for your bathroom utensils above the sink.
The occupancy of the apartment is entirely up to 3-4 people. A set of towels (1 bath towel, 2 towels) including bed linen (of course fitted) is available free of charge for the 4 sleeping places listed.
Payment is either made in advance by bank transfer, at the latest on the day of arrival in cash.
Arrival is possible from 2 p.m.
The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pets are not allowed and will not be allowed into the apartment.
