Very large vacation apartment/house

The very spacious apartment has regular (extra beds possible) eight beds in four bedrooms. With 160 square meters of living space there is enough space to sit down comfortably or to enjoy the peace alone. The cozy kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook yourself or enjoy extensive breakfasts. Completely renovated in 2016 and 2017.

Accessible
The apartment is free of barriers and has no steps. Differences in height were compensated with ramps. The apartment is very bright in every area and offers enough space to maneuver with a walker or wheelchair. The wash basins in the bathrooms are accessible. A shower is at ground level and can be used with a wheelchair. Aids such as a commode chair or a walker can be provided on request. The cooker is slightly lowered to ensure good accessibility. The apartment is at ground level and can be kept in front of the entrance and parked in the immediate vicinity.

This acts as a natural air conditioning system and has been tested by eco-INSTITUT for its harmlessness to health according to the strictest pollutant and emission requirements and has been awarded the eco Institute label. High-quality silicate paints were used as wall paint. The floors are made of solid oak and ceramic mosaic tiles.

Arrival and departure
The apartment can only be rented per week. Unless otherwise agreed, Saturday is the day of arrival and departure. Please leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

It is a non-smoking holiday apartment. For smokers there is a cozy arbor outdoors.
Pets have a surcharge of 90 euros for cleaning reasons.
Celebrations and celebrations are possible. However, since it is a very quiet area, room volume is requested from 10 p.m.

Schöne große Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung am Main

Es gab fast nichts zu bemängeln bis auf eine kaputte Tür und den Herd, der nach vorne kippte, wenn man die Backofentür öffnete. Der Vermieter will beides reparieren. Ein Manko: Es gibt keine schöne Sitzgelegenheit draußen.

Große Wohnung für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der FW. Sie war sauber und geräumig. Drei Schlafzimmer haben wir gebraucht - alles toll gewesen - bei 3 Badezimmern ist auch morgens kein Stau entstanden. Gute Ausstattung netter Vermieter. Jetzt im Sommer war die Tempatur auch angenehm, da EG!

Rundum passend für unser Bedürfniss!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross und eine Gute Zimmeraufteilung. Jeder hat mal seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Schräg gegenüber war ein Spielplatz u d das war sehr gut für die Kids. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Der Vermieter ist sehr Nett und das er drüber selbst wohnt merkt man nicht. Unsre absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne, edle aber gemütliche große FeWo

Wir waren zu 8 in dieser sehr gemütlichen und voll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet und die Betten gemütlich. Küche war mit allem ausgerüstet und die 2 Bäder groß genug und mit schöner lichtinstallation. Einzig das Wohnzimmer lies ein paar Sofas vermissen. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der kleinen Stadt aber man ist schnell im Zentrum für den Bus nach Würzburg. Main und Weinberge sind vor der Haustür und diese Wohnung ist einer guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Gerne wieder
