The condo was very spacious and clean. Was stocked with everything to start the first day and not have to worry about rushing out for something immediately after checking in. Great view of the lagoon pool and the beach/ocean beyond that. Plenty of seating room for everyone. Mattress in the master bedroom was by far the most comfortable one we’ve slept on out of the last 3 years going to PCB. Jeff was great at giving out detailed instructions for checking in/out and taking care of any questions we had. Would definitely book here again when the time comes.

Owner, Jeff, was responsive and provided all necessary information for check in and amenities. The condo is the perfect location with pool and Gulf of Mexico views and convenient walking bridge to the convention center. Our family had the best time and would stay at this condo again. This condo was exactly as advertised. Room was very clean and comfortable. This was our first time staying at Edgewater Resort and it was a great experience. The view from this condo overlooks the pool with a great view of the gulf. Resort pool and onsite restaurant were both excellent. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
