Walk to downtown, Hyde Park, hit the mountain bike trails at Camel's Back or Military Reserve - all without needing to rent a car! Stylishly comfortable 1 bedroom cottage with full kitchen and laundry machines. There is a queen bed and a full size pull out couch bed. Newly renovated - with A/C-heat and nest thermostat. You can't beat this neighborhood! PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.

Great Little Residence

We loved the building layout and how it was basically ready to go. We needed nothing. We liked the close proximity to the trails in the foothills and the downtown and greenbelt. Only request would be a couple of lawn chairs so we could hang out it the back and enjoy the sun

Great place to sleep

I was a little shocked there was no “family room” or gathering place but we made it work.there was really no place to hang out but great place to sleep if you will be busy doing other things . Some outdoor seating would be nice.
